Oh boy, it's not often I say this but this was a doozie of a visit to a McDonald's. And not in a good way. First, I will focus on the one positive of the whole experience. The young man who took my order. It was probably (obviously) his first day or two but he was confident, determined and wanting to do the right thing. As he keyed in our order I looked around, only to observe how dirty the place was. I mean, filthy. Food and trash on the floor in both the dining room and kitchen. Employees wearing gloves that looked like they'd been wearing for days. 3 drive-thru customers had come inside bc their orders were wrong. There were two stuffed animals, yes stuffed animals, laying on a counter near food prep areas. They were dirty and worn. What? If someone left them behind, maybe put them in the back? Upon sitting down to eat, we realized our order was incomplete. The double chz burger looked like a deconstructed version. Fries were in bits and cold. And to top it all off, there was a hair in my burger🤬. When brought to managers attention? He just said "hmph". Never even apologized. It takes a LOT for me to give bad reviews but this was deserved. And for now I'll have to do what the other customer who was going through the same thing said she was going to do...

I received a call from the uber eats driver saying that McDonald's did not have burgers and did I want to swap my Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with bacon out for a McChicken or some nuggets. You really wanted to give me $1 sandwich for a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with bacon. This did not make sense to me. I was on the road for quite awhile coming from another state 1st time in Tampa and finally I get to my hotel room starving to order from uber eats for myself and my family to this ........I'm beyond disappointed the service from McDonald's has really declined when I asked the uber driver is that my only option the McDonald's employee said yep like I had to take that offer. I canceled the order through uber customer service. The uber driver said they gave them the food to deliver any way even after I declined the offer because that is not what I paid $60 for. The situation was poorly handled without a care in the world. I definitely won't attempt or advise anyone to order uber eats from this McDonald's. If it’s not a big deal give your food away for free and do not charge me $60 for something I could not have, and since when does McDonald's not have burgers? I'm very confused and...
Read moreLet me start out by saying that I myself am I fast food manager. I went to this location and I pulled up at 10:58am on a Saturday. I asked if they were serving lunch, and wasn't answered so I asked for a 6 piece nugget and a large fry. Then the girl/woman came across and said "I'm sorry but we aren't serving breakfast for another 2 minutes". Ok. No problem. So I asked if I could sit where I was (in a double drive thru lane) and she said yes. A second later, a male voice (I assume was the manager) told me that I needed to leave the drive thru and pull back around and they would be serving breakfast then. If that was the case, why wouldn't they just take my order, let me pay give me drinks whatever, and park me while they got my order together? They park cars all day long, actually have parking spots designated for people who are waiting on special orders, large orders, etc. Why was this different?
