My review officially came out to a 8.5/10; starting with the atmosphere of the place, it took a while for me to find it as it’s located in the center of a busy flea market with tons of things to look at! Once in the restaurant, you are greeted by staff and sat down; the art work on each of the walls was beautiful and reminiscent of some of the art you can find in Cusco (I wish I knew the artist, so I could buy some). The service was great, our waitress was very knowledgable about the menu and took the time to explain some of the favorites at Mi Pueblo. I ended up getting the Bistec a lo pobre, the food overall was tasty but I will say they missed the mark on the meat as a portion of the steak was undercooked and was bloody red on a 4cm by 6cm piece. However, it was easy to cut around it and enjoy the rest of the meal! My brother and fiancĂ© who I was with at the time of eating here, enjoyed the food and I would for sure return for another visit to try more on the menu! Advice to restarting goers: bring cash, they will charge you a service fee for cards and honestly, I didn’t see a problem with it as the fees can be very expensive for smaller restaurants. Cash is King!

I don't know much about Peruvian food but I do know about Mexican Food and the Burrito Chicken was $11.99 came empty plus the lettuce was dry and no dressing, Carne Asada was $18.99 was overcooked, no seasoning, fried beans flavor was off, $10.99 1/4 leg quater, dark with double fries as they don't allow substitute, were cold, fries soggy,$7.99 5pc chicken wings were not cooked properly as my 13yrs old loves chicken wings anywhere we go plus the fries were soggy & $5.99 Gordita non seasoned meat, lettuce were bad tasted like they cooked the meat in water.. we told the male waitress he didn't apologize for anything & proceeded to charge $84.25 because even the drinks were bottled. To be honest, the food trucks out there have better delicious Mexican food.plus a service charge that wasnt mention...not here... never again!! NOT A RESTAURANT

I really do not know how this place isn’t more packed at noon on a weekday. My only guess is that people don’t take the time to get past the fact that this place is located in a flea market. DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU! This place has some downright amazing food. The meat is perfect. The flavor combinations were new to me and never failed to impress. Aside from the food, the staff is very friendly and the dining area is clean and the theming and decoration is very nice. I 100% recommend this place to everyone. Just try it, and you will come back again.
