Miami Best Wings (North Miami) — Restaurant in Florida

To be completely honest and transparent, I ended up at this location because my favorite go to spot has been offline for more than a week. As my reviews confirm, I'm a seafood fiend and I don't go too long without a boil. I read the reviews and I loved the ease of the fee free online ordering. Even better, I received a phone call within minutes of ordering informing me of the slight increase in pricing from what was online. We've all watched various businesses increase the price from 10-20%, but this was about a 3-5% increase which I thought fair. I arrived, my food was ready, the location was clean and the service friendly. I took a quick peek and was like YES! - it looked awesome!!! Then I tried the food and this is where the issues begin. The lemon pepper chicken wings were ridiculously salty, not crispy enough and the fries were greasy. Thrown away after attempting to eat 2 wings. The seafood boil was ridiculously salty and simply an oily soup, hands down, the worst I've ever had. I don't have the words to express the disappointment I felt. I'm realistically aware that these are not the healthiest of food choices, however to compound this with the use of poor quality ingredients and too much of a sodium-based product is... Lastly, we had the whiting. This was good. It was light and crispy and plentiful. The fries with the whiting were not greasy indicating they were made separately from the fries that accompanied the wings. It was good, but not good enough to have me return. I threw away more than $50 of a $70 order and we all know this is not the time to be throwing money away. One star for service and one star for...

Very disgusted!!! Will NOT RETURN!! LEARN CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE. They honestly deserved no stars!!!

I'm so disgusted with the workers at this location 😒..I ordered food last night from 7th ave location only to get home to discover that the order had eggs in the rice in which I'm allergic...I called back to let the staff know, they told me to bring the food back and they will redo...I told them I'd reached my home and can't come back, so she said come tomorrow and we will redo your food.. Well I just called to give them a refresher about last night and the young lady said come on I will let my boss know..so I arrived, and the "boss" young girl (no customer etiquette) says where is the food? I said it's at my house in the refrigerator, she said I need it..I said you want me to travel all the way home..I was coming from work so the restaurant was on the way home...She responded yes...Long story short, I went home brought the food back and told the young "boss" to just give me a refund...She was really nasty...I come to this place 2 to 3 times a week...welp, a good...

My first time and my last time! I ordered fried chicken wings, shrimp, fries, conch ball and 2 lemonades. The restaurant had just opened and all of the food tasted like old, burnt grease!! The worst fast food I've ever purchased! The wings were class b wings. Bones were broken throughout the chicken. You're better off eating at Snappers.

Re: Jz's fish wingz, please go back and watch your cameras. I ate 4 of the burned conch balls and threw the remainder away, along with a chicken that looked pregnant! The fries, tenders, shrimp and chicken were not worth eating. The tenders were comp for the hit and run chicken that you were serving. They were no better than rest of the bland food that you are selling. Chicken tenders were not eaten!!! You could've saved yourself time by trying go defend that old burnt food that you are selling! The food was horrible! My husband was there with me and didn't eat ANY of his food once he saw how black the conch balls were. Do you want a pic of the food sitting on my desk?Still...
