Moravela's Pizza Golden Gate Estates — Restaurant in Florida

We were really excited to try this location. We ordered the pizza online to be picked up for dinner. We arrived at the pizza shop a few minutes AFTER our scheduled completion time. Upon arriving inside, the lady at the front said the pizza was in the oven… as someone puts our pizza in the oven after she said that. When we told her it was ordered ahead of time she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Sorry.” We sat an extra 30 mins waiting for the pizza to be done. If I hadn’t paid for it, I would have left and gone somewhere else that values their customers time more. Pizza was okay. Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered. When it was delivered it was cold. Called the place to ask for a manager about my experience since i paid $80! I was told i was going to get a call back nobody ever called me back. I understand sometimes there can be delays.. they told me 45 min for delivery. Called after 1 and half hours said the driver was on the way. Waited extra 20 min… i live no longer than 15 min away.. I would’ve happily went and picked up if they would’ve communicated better. Make sure you check your bank account after picking up your pizza. They took it upon themselves to give themselves a $5.00 tip for a pizza I picked up after I left. The total was $29.63 after taxes, I signed the receipt, and when I checked my bank statements like I do every month before paying my bills they charged me $34.63. They’re thieves and it’s unfortunate because the pizza was decent. My neighbor recommended the place and after I told him what happened he checked his bank statement and they did the same...
