This has to be THE WORST service and experience I have EVER had! I had a reservation for 8pm for a birthday once we arrived we were sat and getting settled in and the VERY RUDE waitress Danielle comes over and says the kitchen is closing in 30 so you have to order now. My problem with that was the fact that when we made the reservation for 8 no one told us that at 8:30 the kitchen would be closing so we felt extremely rushed. Now that was not the worst part. When the waitress Danielle drops off the food I tell her my husband ordered a chicken alfredo and there was no chicken she says ok and walks away as if she is going to check on it. After a while I call her over again and she asks is everything ok and I tell her we are still missing the chicken and she says oh yeah the kitchen is closed and all the cooks are gone and says she will remove it from the bill. When she brought the bill it was wrong because she had charged for the chicken alfredo which my husband did not eat and she included a pizza of the wrong size. When we originally recieved the pizzas we asked if that was a medium pizza and she said yes but yet charged us for a large. So when we saw the bill had 1 large and 1 medium pizza we told her thats not correct you told us that the pizzas at the table were medium (both same size) and she then states I'm not the one in the kitchen and they are not the brightest and proceeds to agrue with us about not adjusting the bill and saying "you know what? I'll change it and charge you for 2 large then instead of 1 medium and 1 large" and so we said we are just trying to understand because they both were the same size and you said they were mediums but you are charging a large. After realizing she was inconvenienced by us and all she wanted to do was argue we ask for the manager she said sure and leaves. When she comes back with the adjusted bill (and no manager stating she is the manager) she throws the bill on the table says have a good night and walks away. My whole family and I left shocked with the treatment we received. Needless to say we will NEVER go back there nor...
Read moreMy mother has been living in DelRay, FL for 20 years. I moved here just over 2 years ago, to assist and take care of her, has she has been battling cancer and other health issues. She is 79 years old and due to my own severe health problems, I am unable to work myself since 2018, and being in a coma from a few months at the end of 2017 until a couple of months of 2018. Since .y older brother and sister are still up north, working and taking care of there families and kids. Once arriving here my .other has had her favorite restaurants for any type of .eat from Italian, Chinese, american...eat. her favorite Italian restaurant was Arrabiatas for many years. In the past few months we have seen a big change in there quality of food, service, and portion sizes. So we started looking for a new Italian restaurant. So I found Ninos of Delray a few months ago. I made a first order of chicken parm subs the 1st time, then I tried there pizza for my 2nd time there, the 3rd time was pizza and subs, and today was my 4gh time, I ordered 2 medium pizzas since we cannot agree on toppings and I also ordered there lunch special of chicken parm with a side of penne pasta and meat sauce on the side. Tonight we shared the chicken parm with penny pasta and there meat sauce. Everything was AMAZING!!! When I picked the order up I spoke to the gentleman who gave me our ordered and had a nice conversation not just about there food, but the service as well. I told him that if everything was as good as our other 3 orders then I will be giving a review for all to read. After dinner I sat with my mother and we talked out how great everything we ordered was. My mother has always been very picky when trying new restaurants, but tonight she was so happy with how good the food is. Ninos of Delray is now our Italian restaurant when every she is in the .old for Italian, 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND THIS RESTAURANT, THE FOOD, AND...
Read moreI typically do not give bad ratings unless something truly terrible happens. I became very ill after eating at this establishment this past Tuesday. I have had fever and diarrhea for the last 3 days. I am currently on antibiotics prescribed by my doctor.
My recent visit to Nino's left me with an experience I wish I could forget. Upon arrival, I headed straight to the restroom, only to find it in an appalling state. The available toilet stall was filthy from the residue of a previous user's unfortunate situation, and the second stall was occupied by another customer experiencing similar discomfort.
Disgusted, I opted not to use the bathroom and informed one of the servers about the condition of the stall. Sadly, this set the tone for the rest of my dining experience.
Normally, I enjoy dining at Nino's or the Thai place next door when I visit my friend. This time, my friend insisted on Nino's, claiming he always feels more satisfied after a meal there. However, when I shared what I had seen in the restroom and expressed my discomfort, he seemed unconcerned, even suggesting I try the men's stall, which was locked when I attempted.
Throughout our meal, I struggled to eat due to being completely turned off by the unsanitary conditions. The next day, I began to feel sluggish and extremely tired. By the afternoon, I was experiencing chills, and by the time I got home Wednesday night, the onslaught of diarrhea had begun. It's now Saturday, and I still haven't been able to eat anything solid.
Thankfully, as a healthcare professional, I've been able to stay hydrated and avoid hospitalization. However, the severity of my illness is no joke.
Nino's urgently needs to deep clean and sanitize their facilities. Whether it's an employee or a customer, the unsanitary conditions I encountered pose a serious health risk to anyone who dines there. If not addressed promptly, many more people will...
