Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florida

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. Every time within the past month they have managed to screw up my order and/or miss something! It's like the girls that work there do not care about what the customer is ordering or they don't care to listen to what we say even when I repeat myself twice! Tonight, ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 cookies, 2 soups (pattern? yes, meal for me and my wife). I come home to see we are missing a grilled cheese. I call them and she says "no I only rang you up for one", why would I ordered 1 sandwich and 2 of everything else!? I said it twice to her and she even confirmed.

A week ago I ordered almost the same thing but received no chips/bread as sides. I had to call the manager back to tell her what happened and she said to come back and she will give me the sides. Luckily I live close by and was able to do so and she did apologize for the mistake.

Earlier in the month I asked for extra sides (knowing I had to pay extra, which was not a problem to me) and when I got home I noticed I did not have ANY sides, even the ones that are to be included with the meal and by this time it was already past closing. I called anyways and no answer. I called the next day to talk to a manager and the "girl" who answered said "well the manager is busy so you'll just have to call back whenever". Seriously? That's the attitude you have. I wish I knew the name of the girl that answered the phone like that because I bet she is no longer working there!

I will not be visiting this location anytime soon unless changes are made and employees actually LISTEN TO THE F$@KING...

Where to begin with my experience. I haven’t been to a Panera in a very long time let alone use their online service. Let me tell you how painless it is. You browse their menu, add to the cart what you want, and allowed you the option to use Apple Pay! Meaning I didn’t have to run upstairs to grab my wallet. The order said it would be done at 11:48 am and when I arrived at 11:48 am it was there in Rapid pick-up. I spent maybe 45 seconds max in the lobby grabbing my food. Looked in the bag it was sealed, had utensils, and napkins.. and even had a piece of that wonderful bread (no idea it came with a salad) or if they did it to wow me. I get home and eat my salad. Everything was awesome the chicken well-cooked, the romaine lettuce chopped wonderfully and BRIGHT GREEN.. and the perfect amount of dressing. To the team that orchestrated and planned their to-go system and the staff who prepared my meal. I sincerely want...

This location in Palm City is consistently the worst ever. Over a year ago I swore I'd never go there again, but I had guests over for lunch today and we decided to order Panera. So...hoping things had improved, I decided to give it another try today. Big Mistake! I ordered on the phone and went inside to pick up. I waited...and waited...and waited, about 25 minutes. Turns out they had put my order in a big bag and stashed it behind the counter without bothering to call my name. When I finally got it, it was missing a sandwich. Once home I passed out the food and discovered serious problems with the food quality. The tomato soup was as thin as water; you could literally see through it. The tomato mozzarella panini had three little pieces of mozzarella, each about the size of a postage stamp. Serious, I could fit more cheese than that on a cracker. Avoid this location like...
