I just received my order and I am beyond dissatisfied with the pizza and the lack of customer service!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
First issue.....my pizza looks like it was cut by a 2 year old. It wasn't even cut close to the middle of the pizza. I ordered a large and some of the slices are around 3" long, while others are around 11". Therefore, the calorie count per slice is nowhere near accurate. Second issue....the pizza isn't cooked all the way. The mushrooms are raw and the dough is soggy and mushy.
Now for the best part.....I can't get ahold of anyone!!!!! They changed their ordering/calling process. So when you press option 5 to speak to a manager/store all you get is a voice-mail with a message that their mailbox is full! They now have a customer service ordering department and it's out of the country?!?!?!? I sat on hold with the ordering dept for 15 minutes while she tried to get ahold of the store. She said they have 2 phone numbers for them and couldn't get thru to anyone. The fact that I can't order a pizza directly from someone at the local store, let alone get ahold of an employee there is absolutely absurd!!!! The ordering department doesn't even have a way to rectify the situation nor take my information for someone to call me back. Her recommendation was for me was to keep trying to get ahold of the store again later!?!?! Well at this point, I have no other option! I requested if she could repeat the number back to me and she continued to have trouble verifying the card number. Then another woman jumped on the call and began going on and on about how there is nothing she could do and I should order online. The woman on the phone would not listen to my request to varify she was inputting the correct number and was becoming irrate. She was extremely rude and seemed triggered when asked to do her job. I requested that we try again and for her to repeat the numbers after I say them. She complied and the card went through. Then she told me that it would take 1 1/2 hours for delivery. I requested that we carryout. She then said that she would have to submit the order again. I said ok. Then she quickly adjusted the order to be carryout with a pick up of a half hour.    Read moreDon't ever order from here on a busy pizza day. I placed an online order at 3:45p on Halloween for 4 pizzas. I anticipated it being very busy so I thought I was giving plenty of time requesting a 6pm pick up time. I even called at 5pm to confirm they had my order. I was told yes, but it wasn't ready yet. That was ok with me. I got there at 6:15p and was told "your pizzas aren't ready" I asked when they would be and the guy at the counter said "your order isn't even on our screen yet, it could be 30 minutes or an hour and a half. I don't know" I said "even though I requested a 6pm pick up and gave over 2 hours notice?" He said "yeah, we have 50 orders right now" I just walked out. I had to before I lost it. Whatever system they have in place for a high increase in orders isn't working. It would have been nice to know my order wasn't going to be ready when I requested. I would have made other plans.
