T&T Hibachi and Sushi Food Truck — Restaurant in Florida

Went to this place last night and the food is exactly like a hibachi restaurant at 1/2 the cost. $11 for chicken and fried rice. The container is FILLED TO THE BRIM with rice and chicken. 2 adults and a child could easily split 1 entree. I got a hibachi sushi roll as well and it was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was the potstickers. They are made with chicken and it had a bit of an aftertaste that I didn’t care for, but I really didn’t care after tasting how good the entrees were.

One thing to note: I LOVED their version of yum-yum sauce, but it’s probably not for everyone. If you’ve ever had Chinese hot mustard in a jar or the packets from a Chinese food place, it tastes like it has a bit of that in it. I personally adore Chinese hot mustard, so it was an instant hit for me.

Stopped in here on a whim and was happily surprised. The prices aren't outrageous and you surprisingly get a lott of protein with the hibachi orders. For the things that didn't wow me... the hibachi sauce was REALLY salty (like more so than your usual hibachi sauce). It tasted so strongly of soy sauce and really nothing else. The sushi was really good (and looked really good) but kind of lacked filling/flavor. And our order took a SUPER long time. This aspect though, I do understand. There was only one guy working and he has both online and in person orders to fulfill. Even so, I wasn't expecting to wait 55 mins for some hibachi. Being Asian , I want to give a resounding endorsement to this Japanese food truck – it’s an absolute gem! 🍱 I opted for the chicken and Dragon sushi, and to my surprise, it could easily satisfy my soul. The food was not just delicious but also impressively fresh, served piping hot, and delivered with lightning speed. Watching the chef prepare it right before my eyes was a delightful experience, and knowing that all the ingredients were cooked to order, made it even.
