I tried to place a pre-order via mobile. Got all the way to checkout and it glitched. Wouldn't let me place order. Then I tried using laptop...and it was $10 MORE than mobile price. AND the FREEDELIVERY code didn't work, despite my qualifying order.
So you know what?! Because of this inane policy, I just won't order from PJ's after all. You lost $67 order because you were greedy by not giving me the free delivery. Good job!! (thumbs up)
And there's never enough cheese because pizza maker lifts cheese cup too high (I used to work at a PJ's so I know how it's done) and because of the dumb formula for L and XL pizzas. The ratio is only great for medium sized. Also, while I understand you need to limit papadias to 3 toppings, extra cheese shouldn't count as an extra topping. Because it WILL fit...because I've done it when I worked there lol. Cheese is top ingredient for me aside from PJ's healthy portions of mushrooms :D
The drivers have always been fantastic. Policy otoh?? Frustrating. I've stated EVERY order that i want a no-contact delivery and I'm still having to sign a receipt and being hand delivered my pizza. Sigh.

Well the manager there that night offered to replace the order and have it resent out or I could have it credited to my account. Well I didnât want them to drive out again do to the weather so I had them credit it. Well she didnât put it in the system and I called tonight to get the order and even though it was not in the system the current manager there tonight sorry if I spell her name wrong ZELLY, was glad to help me out and get that order out to me seeing I also just made an order online for the same address they sent it out with that order. So the order gets to my house and I hat all except the credited pizza so upon calling back and informing them about the issue ZELLY made it and sent it out to me. So I would like to take a second to say if anyone is looking for a great service with awesome staff please I urge you to use this location. I have been in the food business for just about 20 years all together and this store crushed it in customer satisfaction and overall great service. 10/10 service I personally will continue to order from this...
   Read moreTerrible service, the worst!! We live in Ocala Florida in the shores. I called to place an order on May 24th 2021 at 7:45pm, I ordered a pizza and chicken wings. The girl Rebecca assured me the order would be there in 40 mins. At 9:05pm our order still wasnât delivered, we called back and spoke to a Rebecca again, she said the driver got lost, (although no attempt was made to call our phone) and that a fresh new order was being made up, this was now almost 9:30pm, and she assured us the order would be there in 30 minutes and there would be no charge. At 10:05pm, the order that she said was coming fresh and this time the driver knew the directions, still wasnât here. I called back for a third time, the girl Rebecca went home and they said my order was canceled, which I never asked for! She said they would remake it and send it out ASAP, itâs 10:30pm and the order isnât here.
