Pete's Supreme Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Florida

The wife and I were on our way back from a nice motorcycle trip this weekend. We had been on our long route/scenic route back home when she said she was hungry and "ANYTHING other than McDonald's" was the request. About 1/2 mile south from where we turned onto Rt 1 South, I spied a sign for pizza and promptly turned i to the parking lot. If we passed this place once, we must have passed it 100 times in the last 3 years but hadn't seen it. I said "Let's check it out and hope it doesn't suck", and in we went. We were met by a pleasant gentleman at the counter, warm and friendly. We placed our order and took a seat by the window. The food was brought to our table by the same gentleman. We started to eat, and I was absolutely blown away after the first bite. The taste, the crispy crust, everything, reminded me of Pizza from back home (NY/NJ area). Our host came back over to see how everything was. We struck up a conversation that lasted close to 20 mins. Our host was none other than Pete himself. Tonight we ordered our first take-out pizzas from Pete’s Supreme Pizza and let me tell you that they were fabulous! I ordered a gluten-free pizza with pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms. My husband got a small pepperoni and black olives.

I’ve had a couple of cauliflower crusts and had not liked either of them, being dry and tough. This one was perfect. I didn’t even notice the crust other than it was thin (which was perfect). The toppings were great with a nice tomato sauce.

My hubby’s pizza was really good too. His crust was thicker, but not super thick with a nice crunch on the bottom of it.

The mozzarella was of high quality, not that junk cheese that tastes and feels like plastic. The sauce was flavorful. Overall this was a big win!

The service was quick and friendly too. That’s always a PLUS!

Clean store look like you can eat off the floor great employees usually its annoying when they check up on you alot but not here once or twice and thats it😁😁 the chicken parm was amazing so tender you can cut it with a plastic spoon all i added was cheese and oregano which is a must for any pasta dish i eat.
