I’m very disappointed in our food and service!
First off I drove 20 minutes to pick it up at the store location. It still wasn’t ready when I got there so I waited roughly 10 minutes in the store location. When i went to pay for the food a tip option popped up. I selected no tip as I had to drive 20 plus minutes to pick it up why would I leave a tip?
After I did that the person who took the payments demeaner totally changed and was quite frankly rude. As someone in the food industry tips shouldn’t be expected but earned for good service and this was anything but that.
We ordered 2 medium pizzas and 8 boneless wings with the cinnamon bread sticks. The food was horrible and not edible.
The meat eaters pizza was so overcooked that I couldn’t even rip a piece off to eat. When I went to take a piece it ripped in half. The chicken had no sauce! The bread was overcooked. I’m very disappointed none of us would eat it.
I immediately called the store to tell them the situation and I was told the only thing they could do was remake the pizza or give me store credit! Why would I want to drive another 20 minutes out of the way to pick up the same exact food I told them was not edible. I won’t be coming back. I just want my money back and to move on.
I was told to call back today at 11am to talk to manager and that he would be able to issue me a refund! So I did call him just to be told that this store location specifically does not give any kind of refunds!???
So why was I told to call back and why did. No one call me. Honestly don’t waste your time or hard earned money on this Pizza Hut location!
There are plenty of other places to go!

Read moreOrdered pizza and wings online for curbside pickup. Ordered at 7pm for 8:30pm pickup. Got there and went inside to pick up food. When I walked in there were 4 employees behind counter. 3 of them were at cash register and older lady was getting food for another customer. She was busy trying to take care of the customer. After standing there for a few minutes she looks at me and says welcome to Pizza Hut while the other 3 still talking and laughing never even looked at me? So she gets that customer all taken care of and then she helps me. I give her my name and she starts looking for my food and discovers my wings aren’t ready yet. It’s 8:35 at this time. So I say ok I’m going back out to my car and will pull up to curb. She says ok will bring it out. She comes out and gives me my food about 10 min later. She was super nice!!! Get home and discover the 2 ranch dressing I ordered and payed for are not in there 😑 and I gave a $3.00 tip! Was bummed my food wasn’t ready, not getting everything thing I ordered and annoyed that 3 employees didn’t acknowledge how busy the one older lady was while they laughed and visited and were more in her way than helping! Read moreWe ordered through the Pizza Hut website, and instead of having Pizza Hut drivers, this store has started to use Door Dash for their deliveries. The driver forgot part of our order. We called the shop and were told the driver left behind part of the order they were supposed to come back in for because their hands were "too full to take it all" - it was a big order - but they never went back in to get the rest of the order. The store had the rest of the order there, waiting, and we had to have someone from our family go and pick up the rest of the order ourselves. The folks at the store were very apologetic, so this isn't about them, but about the owner who has chosen not to pay an employee to do the delivery , but rather an outside agency.
Frankly, if we had wanted to have Door Dash deliver our food, we would have ordered through the Door Dash app. Suffice to say, we won't be ordering Pizza Hut for...
