Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

Well let's start with there's only one manager on duty one server on duty two drivers don't know how many cooks but they told us a seat wherever we wanted to sit it was almost 20 to 25 minutes before anybody came over to get our drink order which we had time to go ahead and make our order at the same time pizza came out barely quick the server never came back to check on us to see if we needed more drinks silverware or plates then it took forever to get out of there if my wife didn't go up and get the boxes and pay for it while she was up there we'd probably still be sitting there today that was some of the worst service we have ever had at that Pizza Hut we weren't the only ones complaining there was a couple other people that was complaining a group older ladies that work complaining about the service as well the people behind us were complaining about the soda being watered down and not having any ice in it well...

2:30 pm and you'd think that since it isn't during the lunch rush, it would be quick and easy but I was very wrong. After standing beside the host stand where it says "Plrase wait to be seated" for almost 20 mins! The server was having a lot of trouble ringing up and getting an order of wings out so I waited and waited some more as the two servers on duty walked past me repeatedly without saying a word. Finally I asked if it would be OK if I sat myself to which the young lady asked my name. I said I wasn't waiting for an order but wanted to dine in. After I sat myself in an mostly empty restaurant, I hear the servers laughing because I asked if I could seat myself so I decided to leave. On the way out a guy was ringing an order and I asked if he was the manager and he was. I explained the situation and got nothing more than a weak apology. I'd heard the service here was not great, but seriously? PA BBQ...

Original pizza huts stayed open tell 10pm because there not breakfast place! And restaurant had more Italian food chooses! They have staffing issues alot at the location and closed alot! Salad bar needs work and more chooses ! They need a head cook not a store manager or cashier! Italian Cook and prep cook with batter menu options for a big restaurant ! From 2 pm tell 10 pm! So much corporate sabotage in companys these days no common sense business method for operating rules missing then! Funny business! Company could raise sales just by opening late afternoon! Offering real food, pizzas a side dish not a meal ,whats different?? I'd like to see salad bar with lasagna and spinach fried with egg in it ! Meat balls and zegies! Chicken and cheese noodles,real plates to eat off of!! Free drink refill with dinners all you can...
