I can't say enough enough about their chicken strips. They are the best I've ever had, and that includes any restaurants in many states. First of all, they are always fresh and piping hot. Actually too hot to eat at first! They are always completely cooked through, yet retain an incredible juiciness. And the taste, they just can't be beat. It's just the right selection of spices to give it a great flavor, without being spicy hot. And also, these are not salty. They are perfectly balanced. But another thing that needs note is the incredible friendliness and service of the folks who work here. They are the most helpful crew, and always friendly and fast. This food truck is out in front of Amazon, and I was one of several people that showed up as they were closing, because I didn't know that Amazon had changed their lunch hours. And the crew that was working stayed open for us and was happy to have us. What great people. You don't have to work at Amazon to enjoy this place, just make sure you come during Amazon's lunch!
