Redland's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

Redland pizzeria is an AMAZING pizzeria, my husband and I have been going here for years and never have had a bad experience. We love this place and the pizza is always so good. The reason for my 1 star review is this: Today we ordered delivery for the first time and it was a disaster. The driver was over an hour late, and when my patience finally ran out- I decided to call and ask to have my order remade. The girls that work in there were so sweet and understanding they immediately apologized and offered to even refund the tip. On the way to pick up my food, the driver finally decided to call us and without a “hello” or “I apologize” just aggressively blurts out “I’m one stop sign away do you want your food or not”. It’s unfortunate such a professional establishment has this guy speaking to their customers this way. And then when we got there to get the food, he starts speaking rudely again but now to his coworkers. I really love this place and they don’t deserve a 1 star review but I’m doing this in hopes the owner sees this and either teaches the guys some customer service skills or they switch...

Whatever you do, don't go to the pizza place north of here on the west side of the road. Unbelievable I ended up here and somebody referred me across the street to come to this place so thankful and they had a cauliflower crust gluten-free pizza. It was delicious deluxe, and they had a military discount. I told them

I don't take kindly to people climbing they don't speak English and then try to charge me $50 for pizza. It was affordable and delicious and I am full. I have not had anything to eat all day I was famished not even to drink I'm a truck driver and I ended up making a special trip to that place north of here . Unbelievable it's the second time in this area that people have not spoken English and tried to overcharge me I'm not having it anymore and I'm not accepting it. Thanks to these guys. I really appreciate you and they had a big smile. Made it easy on me to order. Thank you.

I was on Krome Avenue used to be in the middle of nowhere now it's just in between Miami and the keys. On Coconut Palm Drive and Krome Avenue there's a little strip mall. With a pizza place named Redlands Pizzeria I pulled in order to slice. Only one because I wasn't sure if the pizza was going to be good or not Well turns out the pizza is pretty damn good. I'm a pizza connoisseur I even have a pizza bus that I'm selling. The cheese was good the crust was crispy great Little slice in the middle of the Redlands come check them out. That's why you never go by the bad reviews. People don't understand, and trusting I know 7 days a week I know,people that don't own businesses don't know how much work the owners put in and how stressful it is they have no idea whatsoever sometimes they could have a bad day.
