Rib City — Restaurant in Florida

Don’t waste your time or money. I haven’t had ribs in over 20 years. Clearly there’s a reason why. We ordered the baby back deluxe pack. I got into a little altercation with the lady on the phone when I placed my order because their menu states that I get a half pound of beef, a half pound of pork and a half pound of pulled pork. However, Lady taking the order so that I only got a half pound of one meat and one meat only so I had to call and speak to the manager who is great. His name is Alan. Him and I read the menu together and he saw that there was a clerical issue with their menu and he was going to let the front office know. It was the way it was wanted to make me happy. I got all three meats. That’s why they received a 3 star is for him and him alone. But my God, the food was disgusting . There were nine of us eating and everybody had a complaint of something. The ribs were tiny like they took them off of a piglet. The mac & cheese was a disgrace. The beans were disgrace and horrible flavor. The sliced pork and sliced beef was extremely dry. Sweet potato fries were soggy and the fried corn nuggets were disgusting as well. They do have good is ranch. I will never eat ribs again. I will go by the ranch, but I will not eat...

I called ahead giving a 2 day notice explaining that I was doing a get together of about 30 people at this location. They said they do not do call ahead setting. I said it wasn't so much call ahead seating as I wanted to give the heads up because @ 2pm they're not expecting such a crowd so I wanted to give the heads up to the staff... yeah well when we got there we all felt very unwelcome. The waitress seemed VERY annoyed with each of our tables the entire time. I thought it was just me so I kept my mouth shut. Now a few days later ,hearing from my friends... it was not just me. She said some pretty rude comments through out the time we were there... I thought they would have been stoked to have the business but that was not the cause with our particular waitress. If you don't want to be at work don't come to work. I'm upset that the manager would give a large group to someone having a bad day knowing what this gathering meant to me. I guess this is just another rib city I will not be visiting anymore. I'm sorry that my group was such a bother to your restaurant and I'm glad I'm not the only that will...

Excellent service for pickup! Friendly employees! Generous portions! Super tasty! Due to pandemic I've been conservative about having others prepare our food, but I was pleased to find all employees wearing masks & gloves & hand sanitizer was on counter for everyone to use. I mistakenly called Rib City further away on Lee Blvd. When I showed up at Palm Beach location they told me I was at the wrong Rib City. Oopsie! I would've went to Lee Blvd Rib City where my order was, but they were rude & hurried & not polite on phone. So this location called the other & cancelled my order & we placed it here. They said it'd be 15 minutes, but 5 minutes later it was ready. I wanted shrimp but they'd ran out so I ordered chicken tenders. I've never been big on Chicken tenders, but that's all changed. Hands down the most flavorful & juicy chicken I've ever had! Our meals each came w Texas Toast & 2 sides. We didn't have to request fixings; butter & sour cream was included w baked potatoes, as well as bbq sauce for ribs & generous compotes of dressing for salads. I find it convenient that I don't have to request all that...
