Me and my family decided to dine to give it a try. The waiter was okay at first, but once we asked about the $9.99 deals she got an attitude. I got the 6oz steak and potato, my husband got the chicken pasta, and my daughter the hot wings. When the food came out, my steak was raw. In most cases I love a bloody steak but the middle was purple, cool and the outside color was barely grey. I asked if they could put it back on for a few for mins (which was no problem at all) and a few mins the steak came back out. Besides the first issue, this steak had absolutely no season. It was slapped with butter only mixed with burnt grease. Almost tasted watery like it was cooked by a microwave, or boiled. I tried to add salt and pepper, even ketchup and each additive just made it worse. I moved to my potato and the top was cooked but the middle was still hard and raw. My husband said his pasta was so dry the noodles started sticking together, with just a little cream at the bottom of his plate. His bread stick was hard as a rock, and the chicken was extremely dry. He mentioned he's had better frozen dinners than this before. My daughters hot wings we're mushy, and she insisted on eating just the fry's and salad bar. Which I will add, the salad bar was the ONLY thing worth our time. To be honest this food should have been fully refunded, sent back and thrown away .. but we didn't want to cause a fuss and just wanted to pay and go home. The biggest issue of the while experience, was the bill. We were charged FULL PRICE of over 70$ for this trash. My steak was 23$ plus drink and salad which was 30$ which was absolutely ridiculous. The waiter said the chicken wings were not on the meal deal, which was fine but the other meals clearly were. My husband being the kind soul he is, just paid and walked away. I insisted on the refund once I seen the bill, ( while waiting in the truck) but we just went home. Needless to say we will NOT be back. I've also spoke to friends and family since then who mentioned the exact same experience with the food, and this explains why many people aren't returning. This is very sad, considering ruby Tuesdays used to be a...
Read moreRudest service ever. We would never spend money at this place again. We ordered online an appetizer of fried shrimp and a the Triple Play dinner to go. When we got there to pick up, we parked in the curbside spot and called to let them know we were there like the sign said to do. We waited several minutes, then a very rude server came outside and said they couldn't find our order. After telling the items we ordered, she changed and said they did have it but we have to come inside to get it? Went inside got the food and came back out to the car to check everything was in the bag. The triple play dinner was all shoved into one box (all the sides/fried food/etc. was all smushed together and soggy). We also noticed they didnt put any silverware or the side of ranch (which comes with the shrimp appetizer). So my husband went back inside to simply ask for a side of Ranch. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the same rude server had the nerve to start arguing saying they already gave us Ranch and she didnt really want to give us any. He explained to her that he wouldnt hve walked all the way back inside for a ranch (which comes with our meal we ordered....it wasnt something extra we were asking for) if there was one in the bag. She got an attitude and eventually after arguing about it, went and gave us a half filled cup of Ranch and said "I hope you dont find a mystery ranch in the bag later" (still implying they initially put ranch in our bag!!). We spent about $35 total there (not including the tip we gave them), so asking for ranch that comes with our meal is not unreasonable. Apparently this restaurant doesn't value customer service or their paying customers. They were very rude to us for no reason. We wont be...
Read moreI remembered eating here growing up in the Midwest so I decided to stop in for a late lunch early dinner. Enjoyed the salad bar, but the meals we ordered off the menus were dry, over done, and just not good. It was a let down for the money spent. To be more helpful my daughter and I both ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon, which mind you the rice was the best thing on the plate. The salmon was overcooked, dry, and for as thick of a piece as it was I felt a little more attention to detail on the fillet would have been given. The grilled zucchini was all but burnt, tasted very much burnt. And the rice was again the best part of the dish. My wife ordered the Scallops Medallions and 6 oz steak. Scallops were very over done ( rubbery ) the steak was ordered Medium Rare, it was medium well on a stretch.. Fatty, and full of gristle. And our other daughter had ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta. And she claimed the breadstick was the best part of that dish. I finished most everyones dish due to the sheer cost of our meal and not wanting it to go to waste. But I will say the salad bar was the best part of all our meals and overall quite the let down from every other meal we had in Pensicola, Destin, Miramar, Ft Walton, and other surrounding areas in the...
