Safari Restaurant wins points for atmosphere—right in the heart of the Everglades, with wooden decks, palm trees, and that wild swamp energy. The food, however, is more survival-mode than gourmet. Think burgers, fries, and a dash of Cajun flair—nothing terrible, but nothing that’ll earn a bard’s ballad either.
The service was friendly but slow, as if the staff had fully embraced gator speed. Prices were a bit high for what you get—you’re definitely paying for the “I’m eating in the wild” experience.
