Snow Infusion Boba Tea & Shaved Snow — Restaurant in Florida

I hate to be the first bad review so I’ll make it short. When new boba stores and cafés open, I always go out of my way to support them. However, when I came here with my family, It was a complete disaster. I placed an order for a drink from their menu and waited for eight minutes. I took a sip and noticed they use a powder base for the drink. To begin with, it isn't difficult to prepare Thai tea; you don't need powder, and the owners are aware of this; however, they are simply lazy. I've tried these powders before, and they are nothing like the real thing. The drink was only mediocre, and none of my family members' drinks were much better. I could go on and on about each of my family members drinks, so I'll just say there are much better places to go then here. With better owners, better quality of ingredients, and a better attitude...

Was wanting to visit for so long, I was in the area after an appointment and went for it. The nice lady that was working there, helped me choose the boba tea based on what I like. We went with a Mango tea with original crystal boba and mango jellies.

Forgot to add more information. I went another time and ordered a honeydew milk tea, tasted good yet very sweet (not a deal breaker for me). When I was on my way back home, I noticed the drink was separating. It had powder and apparently there was no milk, just water with powder.

This was my first time here and honestly wasn’t super impressed. When we went to order, my bf wanted a Banana Coconut snow (both flavors of snow). The guy taking the order asked what toppings he wanted to which I replied with “oh it is our first time here.” This was met with a “ok” from the cashier before he asked if he wanted coconut flakes. My bf again explained he wanted both flavors. I ordered an Orange Bliss. Orders came up and my bf’s snow was banana snow with coconut flakes in it.
