Omg! The older lady that works drive thru with short hair can never reload a card the proper way. Two weeks ago I owed her change and she decided to use all of my 200 stars without asking me. So she took the money for the drink cash and the 200 stars… I had to explain to her everything and then she finally understood and someone helped her refund me. Then today I ask her to reload 11 bucks which she couldn’t do. So i tell her ok here’s the money cash don’t reload it just use the 11 bucks cash and here’s my card for the remaining 55 cents I owe you & she scanned the credit card on my phone and then also takes my card and charges me with the physical card as well and gives me the cash back… I don’t even know how many times she charged me for a coffee and egg bites… & I explain to her again and she refused to give me a refund and tells me to take the food. Then I ask her for a manager to refund me since she apparently can’t or doesn’t want to and she tells me I have to go inside the store for an issue she created in the first place. She has serious LISTENING and comprehensive issues, anything you ask her will go in one ear and out the other. All the other baristas reload the card without problem, idk why she always gets annoyed about reloading Starbucks cards. Needless to say this location was my favorite but dealing with her isn’t...

I ordered myself a 12oz flat white and my jaw almost hit the floor when the barista told me my total was over $5. I was desperate for a cup and miles away from my preferred coffee retailer so I bit the bullet and wandered down to the pick-up area. What I was served was not a flat white, but a latte. There was no delicious and rich, creamy micro-foam, instead a bunch of milk with a dollop of foam on top. I was immediately hit by the unpleasant bitterness of incorrectly extracted espresso--it tasted as though the shots had not been timed all day. The drink was boring and lacking body. A properly made flat white should leave rings all down the side of the cup as you drink, yet, by the time I was done with my coffee it was as if nothing had ever even been inside that cup. It was as clean as a whistle. I've worked in coffee shops for twelve years, including eight with Starbucks, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had.

Read moreThe first time I came here a few months ago it was terrible, I didn't say anything because they just opened up and I gave them a pass, this time it was worse. The display case was full of fruit flies, I ordered a wrap and they took my money then said they didn't have wraps, then they gave me a crumb cake from that nasty display case, they forgot my fiance's order and we had to remind them to make it, and the cashier had no idea what was going on. Both things we ordered we called by the name on the menu and she had no idea what it was we had to point it out in the case.
