UPDATE I reached out the company the day I wrote this review. I got a response back within a couple hours, which was faster than I was expecting. I was asked to send the picture to the GM of the location and I did. Once again, I received a pretty fast response and I was pleased that they were taking my complaint seriously and working fast to get to the bottom of this. A day later I was told I would receive a refund for my sandwich, however I received another email on New Years Eve that I would get a refund on my whole order, so Im pleased with how subway rectified this situation and once again, I'm just grateful this didn't end bad.

Went to this location on Thursday December 26th,2024 to get sandwiches for my kids and I. Usually I don’t have a bad experience but I ate half my foot long sandwich and put the rest in the fridge. Today I went to eat the other half and the first bite I started chewing on something that seemed not right, I pulled it out my mouth and was like “what’s this!?” I started pulling it apart and seen a big piece of plastic! This was in my meatball marinara sandwich. Tried to call the store and it went to a personal home line. Tried to google a number to corporate but it was for gift card balance. After a long day at work, I got to this location at 945pm. They mentioned that they were closing and that I came in right before they closed their doors which closing time is at 10pm. Which I am ordering, I asked for sweet onion sauce, the gentleman there said, we don't have it at the time and I don't have time to make it. If your location can not service custumers properly before closing time, then please make other accommodations. I should've left without my order but instead I paid for sandwiches with missing ingredients. Very disappointed with their service. Who service me at this time was a tall, skinny white older guy, and a hispanic looking young girl. They need to get re-trained on how to treat customers better, whether it is at opening...

Avoid this location!!

Fairly rude, angrily quick, and impolite, seemed to look down at us due to ethnicity, disability, or age. Although we try not to stop at this location due to the same poor treatment and stale food.

(20 September 2025), upon entering, Older lady angrily asked what we wanted. We kindly and patiently answered. She put “3/three”drops of mayonnaise on the first sandwich. When we asked kindly for more mayonnaise, she purposefully put on a gigantic amount of mayonnaise, There is so much more with this location, personnel, and food to write about. -Continued Horrible experience.
