Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I came in on Apr. 25th about 12:25pm. When I wanted in I was taken care by a new lovely girl and Gladys (I love her). I ordered a italian herb and cheese sandwich with salami & American cheese. I asked the new girl to toast it & she did along with another man's order. Out of nowhere the macho manager roll's in and asked what I would like. I told him I already ordered and he picked up where she left off. I specifically told Mario the MANAGER (not a new employee) that I wanted just a little bit of both mayo & lettuce. The MANAGER put a ton of mayo and a thick coat of lettuce. I did not need all of that. THEN when it came time to finish the sandwich he closed it sloppily so it was still slanted and cut it in half and wrapped it. AFTER that the other man was still picking toppings so I tried to her myself out of the way and pay for my order but then he said "let me take care of him first" & the guys started to laugh. I didn't mind waiting so I stepped back I just to be out of there hair because they had another client and I never had a sandwich made like that with subway especially not by a manager. Anyways I paid my order and left. I will go back for Gladys but that manager does not seem to have a care in the world. I have never written a review before, I'm sorry, but I expect more...

I've been here only twice but only one server who is slow although nice, long line, tiny amount of meat in my footlong. This has to be a management/owner issue. My mom who never complains stood outside because it was so cold inside that small place and then she asked: "Where's the steak?"we waited :30 minutes! So much...
