Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Memorial day... I ordered on the app... Paid... Got to the restaurant... they were closed.

So the worst part of it is that Subway does not have a way to contact an actual customer service agent. Their phone number clearly stated that they converted to an all digital customer service experience. It redirects you to app support which is an online form. Absolutely no way to get any kind of resolution today!

On top of all that, I actually got an email from the restaurant telling me how it was so nice to see me today and they hope we come back again soon! Seriously?

This is a horrible customer service business model! I understand that the company is trying to trim costs, but it resulted in them trimming a customer.

I'm contesting the transaction with my bank for merchandise not delivered and then I'm finding another favorite restaurant! Obviously my business doesn't matter to this company so now this company doesn't matter to me!

Thank you for giving me such a shining example of terrible customer service to point to when teaching customer service...

I need to give a big shout out to Jessica that works at the subway she is amazing even though the time is wrong on the mobile ordering this child has been above and beyond for your company you'll have it advertised that you all close at 10:00 p.m. online but in reality it is 9:00 p.m. at this location Jessica has went ahead and made our orders to the exact specifications she chose to do this for us she is very dedicated to her job and she needs to be praised outstanding she could have easily just said no but this employee putter customers first outstanding job thank you thank you...

I did this place for stars solely on the customer service. I do not know the lady's name, but she remembers me from going and picking up my mother's call in order one time and every time I go in there she asked me about my. The other two ladies, did a great job in my sandwich was excellent. On the other hand the other two ladies were consumed up they might have been a little stressed or aggravated about something.
