Memorial day... I ordered on the app... Paid... Got to the restaurant... they were closed.
So the worst part of it is that Subway does not have a way to contact an actual customer service agent. Their phone number clearly stated that they converted to an all digital customer service experience. It redirects you to app support which is an online form. Absolutely no way to get any kind of resolution today!
On top of all that, I actually got an email from the restaurant telling me how it was so nice to see me today and they hope we come back again soon! Seriously?
This is a horrible customer service business model! I understand that the company is trying to trim costs, but it resulted in them trimming a customer.
I'm contesting the transaction with my bank for merchandise not delivered and then I'm finding another favorite restaurant! Obviously my business doesn't matter to this company so now this company doesn't matter to me!
