Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I live in the middle of ocala, only subway open at 12, it says it’s open till 1 am, So I look online to make sure and it says was confirmed by the business 4 days ago, so ok cool, I Leave drive all the way there , get there go inside a little over 20 minutes before the store closes and there’s this older lady at the counter and I walked up and she literally shook her head no, Didn’t even talk I say “Mam, It says you guys are open till 1am?” And she says in quote “No im closed “ , I say “well why does it say 1 am online and when I asked the front store employee she said you guys are open for a little bit still” she says literally just this “ No we are not we are closed too late “. I find it insane you will have a business with set times and people drive far and make sure they make it where they have time and the employees still have time and don’t have to rush and then because a employee doesn’t feel like doing something they choose the time the place closes ....

This was by far the BEST Subway experience I have had in recent memory. It was a completely random, nice surprise as i ordered online to get the bogo deal, and the closest store for me (Dunnellon) doesn't participate in the bogo program. The person working behind the counter (wish I knew her name to say thank you) was so sweet and accommodating. I placed my order online as i said, and she made everything absolutely perfect!! Bogo or not, I have a new favorite Subway location, and look forward to ordering from here again. Keep up the GREAT work, and thank you so very much!!! Job well...

Waited 10 mins for the curly haired lady with purple bandanna to even help start a order with me looked and continued to make online orders instead of helping the in store customers what a shame! Online guy as she stated showed up after just leaving the parking lot as I walked into the store looked strung out no shirt she gave him cash as well as his food of meatballs which she finnaly got to me when he left and told me she had no cheese or meatballs!
