Last Sunday, July 16th, my boyfriend, my mother-in-law, and I had an amazing time at this Subway. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kristie & Mariah.
Upon arriving at the Subway, we were pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't too crowded, allowing us to take our time in selecting our sandwiches. Kristie & Mariah immediately caught our attention with their warm and friendly demeanor. They were not only attentive but also injected a dose of fun into our visit.
As they prepared our sandwiches, they engaged us in cheerful conversation, making the whole process feel like a personalized experience. We ordered two Chicken and Bacon Ranch with Mozzarella subs, and one The Great Garlic with Mozzarella as well. The sandwiches were prepared to perfection, exactly as we had requested, and the flavors were spot on.
We were genuinely grateful for the exceptional service we received from Kristie & Mariah. In today's world, it's rare to encounter such kindness and dedication in customer service. We hope they come across this review, as we want them to know how much their efforts were appreciated.
The only downside to our visit was the inability to leave tips with a card payment. Unfortunately, we didn't have cash on hand at the time, and it saddened us not being able to show our gratitude in that manner.
Overall, our trip to Subway turned into a memorable experience, thanks to Kristie & Mariah's exceptional service. We highly recommend visiting this branch if you want not only great sandwiches but also fantastic...
Read moreI went there just now. I was the only person in line. I waited for five minutes while the sole Subway employee actively ignored me while washing dishes and mopping in the back room. The employee (an extremely over weight fella) looked over at me several times and went back to washing dishes without actively acknowledging me me in any way. An employee at the connected “flying j” even came over to tell him he had a customer. He mumbled “ I know “ then went back to washing dishes. I’m a pretty self conscious person and it’s always hard for me to order at a Subway because the employees sometimes make me feel like a burden, especially if I’m ordering more than 1 sandwich. So I left. I was going to order 3 sandwiches, instead my family will eat in tonight and Subway loses out on $30. I my wife had a similar experience across town at the other Subway just moments before, so we really weren’t in the mood for more attitude just trying to buy some dinner for ourselves and our loved ones. This is not how I treat my customers when I work at a job, and If I did I wouldn’t expect to be employed for very long. Nobody forces you to work at Subway, if making customers sandwiches is such an overwhelming inconvenience you may want to investigate alternative...
Read moreOkay. So, I hate to be negative in my reviews but brother I got a hope that this is a pull me up. First, I had to stand there at the counter and wait while the clerk finished talking with his friends outside, And while three other attendants for the gas station we're standing there staring at me but not helping me. Second, when the clerk got in he didn't know that he had a door dash order. That's right, I door dash, and it's kind of a give and take with these businesses in that I hope I can walk in and just pick the order up because time is money when you are DoorDashing. Apparently the clerk couldn't or can't find the DoorDash order in his system so I had to show him on my phone. And then there were no specifics given as to what to put on the subs, so we just made them according to the billboard above. I didn't have the opportunity to taste the food so I can't comment in that regard. And I'm certain this encounter is just a outlier. But, I don't service my car where I buy my underwear, and I don't get my food where I...
