Been here multiple times, and it is always great. Today, I came in with my wife and kids and as usual our service was 5-star, however, we had to witness one of your staff, a gentleman named Joey, be berated by an older lady due to her husband's mistake. The way she treated him both times was uncalled for and lacking any respect. Through being called derogatory names and having his job threatened, he still remained courteous, even offering to fix the mistake that her husband made when ordering. A few minutes later I want back up to grab my kid's ice cream and she came back up and started again, stating to me and another employee, "he had no business having a job", and "how dare he speak back to me", to which I replied to her that "he was fantastic and she was the issue". Of course she didn't like that and had some choice words for me, but who cares. Joey didn't deserve to be treated like that. These type of customers should not be tolerated, let alone given a refund and additional meals. I had been a GM, DM and also an RM for the largest restaurant group in the world, Yum Brands, for almost 10 years, and I always showed customers like her the door. Why? There is nothing worse than losing a great employee to cater to a bad customer. It's a horrible business practice. I take that same notion with my own business these days as well. It's obvious you have a great employee, and he needs to be recognized for his...
Read moreIt was my first time eating at Culver's! We went through the drive-thru, and the menu/sign had big letters & well lit up, there was plenty of parking Or seating inside, and for the amount of people in the drive-thru and dining-in the wait was minimal! Or food was still hot when we got home! My burgers were delicious! It beats my other favorite hamburger the “Big Mac”! Hee! Hee!
“Right Turn Only” The only problem was when we left we did not know it was a “right turn only” and made the turn, although we needed to go left to go home. We took the first place to make a U-turn and had to pull into the business because there wasn't enough room to U-turn with oncoming traffic speeding up but the parking lot only had one way in and out. We did a 3-point turn and waited for traffic and finally pull onto the road... The reason I am writing about this is it will be disastrous when somebody makes the same U-turn and comes up short with vehicles driving fast on that stretch of road. I hope that this will be somehow fixed maybe with a “no U-turn” sign but then people will have to go up further to I think “Gillette Road” and wait for multiple lights before...
Read moreThis was literally the most baffling service I've ever had in my life. I ordered two kids meals and a medium fry for myself. The food came out, and they only gave us two kids meals so I asked for my fries.
The girl asked for my receipt to prove I paid for it, and then went to show the manager I guess. The manager sent her back out and said we had to show her the bags and prove there were no fries. And we were like, there ARE fries, the ones that come with the kids meal, but not MY medium fry. She left and came back and said the manager (or at least the man working the kitchen) said we're lying so they will only give us a small fry. And told her to say if there continued to be a problem, he was going to come out and look for himself. Like was that a threat??? Over a missing fry? So we just left.
We watched them do this entire process to the car in front of us too, taking her receipt, making her show her bags, and refuse to give what was ordered.
Like what the heck kind of service is this? I mean, I hope it was worth it to short me on my fry size because I won't be back, and this would've been our post-karate stop during the week....
