Read moreIt started off not so great, but the workers were friendly once you started talking, and then ended not so well.
I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes to place an order (with no one ahead of me). That wouldn't have been big deal, except someone walked in and asked if I'd been helped yet. I said no not yet as she asked the people working her the same question, and one of the ladies said "what does he want?" and not in a "may I take your order" kind of way...
The lady who took my order was really polite though. I didn't catch her name, but a younger lady with some nose rings.
I came back to the counter to get my drink, since it didn't come with the meal when that came out... The same young lady helped me get the drink I wanted, and I saw a large guy who was really nice also.

I typically avoid this location at all costs, but today my husband and I were headed in the opposite direction of the location we normally go to on Bruce B Downs and Wesley Chapel Blvd., so we went through the drive thru at this location because it was on the way to where we were headed. I knew that was our first mistake. Our second mistake was thinking that we would receive friendly service and our food made properly. Instead we were greeted by a rude young woman who was working the drive thru window. When she took our payment she quickly returned our credit card without a receipt (probably because she didn't want us to fill out a survey). The food that we received was poorly wrapped and the ingredients inside of each item that we ordered were not evenly distributed, instead all off the filling was globbed into a small corner. It's pretty obvious that management is lacking at this location. There are 2 other taco bell locations within a few miles of this one. If you can avoid this location save yourself some time and aggravation and go...
