Sweet and Sour Chicken: The sweet and sour chicken was truly excellent. The chicken was perfectly battered and fried to a golden crisp, providing a satisfying crunch with each bite. The sweet and tangy sauce was a harmonious blend of flavors, striking the right balance without being overly cloying. Missing was the addition of fresh bell peppers and pineapple chunks for an added burst of color and would have enhanced the dish's overall appeal. Each piece was coated generously, ensuring every bite was packed with that iconic sweet and sour flavor. It paired beautifully with steamed rice, making it a satisfying and filling meal.
General Tso Chicken: Now, onto the General Tso chicken, which was nothing short of fabulous. This dish brought the heat in all the right ways. The chicken was tender and juicy, enveloped in a sticky, spicy sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The balance of sweet and spicy was expertly crafted, making it addictive with each mouthful. The crunchy broccoli added a nice texture and a touch of freshness, complementing the richness of the sauce. I found myself reaching for seconds, captivated by the bold flavors that lingered long after the meal was over.
Overall, both dishes showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was a delightful classic, while the General Tso chicken was a spicy, flavor-packed adventure. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine that doesn’t skimp on flavor, these two dishes are must-tries. I can't wait to return and explore more...
Read moreThis was one of the best experiences. The women by the counter (I’m assuming the one everyone in these reviews talks about) was incredible. I came in here with my 7 year old and the moment we walked in, she treated us like family. She was so helpful and patient with us. She even offered to give my boy some chips to snack on while we waited! We got the Orange Chicken with plain fried rice, Chicken and Broccoli extra spicy, vegetable lo mein and pork egg roll. Food tasted very clean and works were very hygienic while preparing it.
All were 10/10! The spicy was mild but still spicy. I just like mine to burn my mouth🤣
Anyways, I highly recommend this place and can’t wait...
Read moreOrdered take out, very friendly service over the phone. Ordered chicken lo mein, General Tso chicken, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and hot and sour soup. Soup literally tasted like unfiltered water. Sweet and sour chicken was your average dish, it was good. Lo mein was very good. General Tso had a good flavor, however the texture was too soggy for my taste. Breading on all could have been thinner. Chicken fried rice was good, but more bland than my guests normally like. Average take out, was hoping for something more because of previous higher ratings. Nothing encouraged me to rate over...
