I've been going to tiki for 2 years now, never had a problem until tonight. Love the atmosphere, love the prices and i have the utmost respect for the owner/management. However tonight ended my whole outlook on the staff. I took my girlfriend up there to get a drink or two. Apparently a bartender by the name of AmberLee had a history with her and refused to serve us. We asked nicely for a beer and she turned around, looked at us after we had only one beer and said I have the right to refuse anyone service let me get your bartender. Now i don't know about you but thats just plain rude and i will never go there to waste another dime. She should be fired ASAP. Worst and most disrespectful experience ever. Im a paying customer and i do not go out to be belittled by someone who holds a personal grudge against another human being. She's robbing the owners and other customers just based on her personal feelings. Beware...

Fri 8/11/23 8pm. I walk through the place and sit at the back bar. There's staff walking around talking to friends. After 10min of looking for service I stand up to leave. A patron points and says there she is - as she is consumed in corner gossip and not the bar. I left and the bartender never knew I was at her bar. The time before I came with a work friend who got mozzarella sticks. They were nothing special, but their price for a few frozen-bag deepfried sticks was outrageous. They wipe off the bar tops and table tops, but I don't think they have cleaned anything else for many years; really hope the kitchen is cleaner than the dinning room. They seem to want to be both a cheap dirty bar and a priced restaurant at...
