Friendly staff, relatively quick service, and their smoothies are a lil cheaper than the competition around town. The thing I'd be most wary of when ordering is the sugar content. Some smoothies have upwards of 120g of sugar. What's nice is that you can cut that number down significantly with a substitution of Splenda. You can also choose from a selection of proteins including pea, soy, and whey. I'm a fan of this place because their smoothies are never too icey like other smoothie places I've been to. It was literally chocolate flavored ice that I couldn’t even use a straw with. They didn’t even bother to blend the smoothie which is what they are known for making.
