Villon Coffee Co. Beachside — Restaurant in Florida

Overall good experience. Read some pretty bad review in Yelp and a few here so wanted to check it out myself. Pulling up first thing I noticed was how bad the parking lot was with potholes everywhere some 2-4 inches deep. The front side of the parking lot is okay. It’s next to the beach which is nice and right off A1A. Today there was only one Barista working and she was nice and attentive. Saw from some reviews that customer service was terrible. We must have gotten lucky today. The coffee was pretty good I liked it. I got a Bourbon Latte and a S’mores latte they both tasted good. The vibe felt good in there. If you are going there with kids there may be some songs with curse words and you’ll see a few picture with middle fingers thrown up but it seemed like a normal coffee shop you would run into at other locations. I didn’t have any reason to give it a bad ratting today so they get 5 stars. I took plenty of pics and uploaded a video from our experience...

One of my new favorite spots! I tried their flat white the other day and then went back 2 days later because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. The employees were super nice and the inside of the cafe/store is beautiful. Highly recommend and the prices are very fair! I will for sure be back!

Edit: I really liked this coffee shop but after going today, I had a pretty bad experience. One of the ladies working seemed to be annoyed and was pretty rude. I’ll go to the new shop opening downtown and give it another shot but I guess I need a little break from this location :/ sometimes the employees are nice and sometimes it seems like customers...

Got charged $18 for 2 coffees, and they wouldn't give me a receipt to see what they could possibly be charging me for.

They made the first coffee, and I was appalled at how they somehow made a 12 oz latte with 3 shots of espresso taste like straight water. I watched them prepare the second latte and realized that the barista was clearly using the machine incorrectly and leaked a bunch of water into the cup instead of any actual espresso.

No idea how this place has a single positive review. They need to invest less into quirky posters and more into learning how to...
