One of the best, if not the best option for pizza on Satellite Beach. If you are a fan of the pizza from the NE, this is for you!
I first came here almost 4 years ago when he first opened. By myself for lunch, then with fam. It was a great pizza then. I moved away and am back on vacation 3.5 years later and not only is he still here, it seems his business is taking off. Something I love to see in Satellite! Still great as ever. I am a Chicago tavern-style pizza guy myself. Was always a little disappointed by the pizza in Brevard. The Viera Pizza Co was my favorite. But after finding this place, it would have been my #1 in Brevard (and is).
We got a sausage pizza, travel the med pizza, and a Greek salad. I loved the sausage pizza, family preferred the med pizza, and the Greek salad was fantastic! Huge serving and a huge hunk of feta cheese sold it for me! The guy on the phone says people don't like the Greek dressing with it, and I think people are wrong. IMHO.
Pro Tip: Don't eat this pizza cold the next day. I mean you can? But don't! Heat it up in a frying pan for a few minutes. And in the last minute drop a few droplets of water in the pan and cover it. The crust gets to a cracker like consistency, and to me, tastes better than when you first bite into it.
I hope you are still here when I move back! Wishing you years of...
Read moreEntire experience was awkward and offputting. Dined in on the patio as the only patrons. Upon ordering we basically had to ask the girls at the counter/remind them if we could get our drinks. They seemed new to the gig, maybe family pitching in at the shop so it's not a big deal. Despite the lack of folks dining in, it took almost 20 minutes to receive salads and 2 slices basically at the same time. I think this wait time is excessive for reheating two slices and especially a couple salads, and from what I can tell they dealt with tickets for everything sequentially including pickups. While I understand this approach it wouldn't take much coordination from the counter to call in to slip a couple of slices for the only two people dining in to reheat without impacting the flow of the assembly line much. In general the pizza was average in taste for a slice, but it would be a lot better as a fresh whole pie as the homemade crust would probably shine more. I do not recommend their single slices, and pricing wise they were quite steep. That said there is far better pizza sold as a slice in town that is less awkward with smoother service at a fair price. That's what we came for and...
Read moreWhat a service! First, I ordered a side salad with my Steak and Cheese sub. They did really have side salad but the owner said he'll make me one. Well, the side salad became a full size salad. I was surprise at the size of the salad, the owner looked at me and said "I got carried away" and laughed. Second, the Steak and Cheese. Well they ran out of regular bread that they use so, I ended up with two full 6 inch subs instead. Finally, they ran out of slices of pizza so they made a whole personal size pizza for my husband with no extra charge! The owner said "I just wanted to make you happy" and laughed once again. I have never been to a restaurant where a owner went over and beyond to satisfy the customers at his own expense! I would have paid extra for the personal size pizza but he said it was on him. The best service ever!
Oh, by the way, I don't usually eat pizza but I ate the whole slice. That's how good it was. Loved, loved the dough! And don't get me started on the sub. Perfect bread for the sub and it was so delicious. It just melted in my mouth. The best pizza and Steak and Cheese...
