I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life!!! True racism at its finest!! I entered this pitiful country bumpkin place for some breakfast this morning on the way back from taking my son to school, and when I entered the restaurant no one greeted me at the door and I actually stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. I looked around and there was only one guy there eating!! When I realized no one was coming to seat me so I took it upon my self to grab a dirty menu from a dirty table and sat my self down. I sat at the booth for fifteen to twenty freaking minutes and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE came to my table to take my order!!! Come to find out I realized the white blonde hair waitress was sitting at the first booth talking to her friend and they were both watching me stand there looking like an idiot waiting to be seated and served!!! She finally gets up...and I’m thinking she’s coming to me BUT NO she went to white guy in the booth in front of me and re-filled up his cup of coffee for him and ask him if he needed anything else and mind u he already had his breakfast served to him!! She looked at me and walked away and sat back down in the first booth and kept talking to her girlfriend!! She treated me like if I didn’t even exist!! I should have known better to enter a place like this but I didn’t think I would be treated that bad!! So if you are not white do not eat here!! And u better believe I’m putting this on every social media site I can find. People need to know that racism still exists especially here in...
Read moreThis place is nothing short of amazing, this review is long overdue, my Dad lives in Poinciana, Dominican expatriate and i live in Miami, Puerto Rican born expatriate, when i visit my dad, although not always due to time constraints, I make a point to stop by for breakfast, this place is second to none. “My Juan” in the kitchen is what this country is made off, hard loving working people. And it shows on the food they serve. I will update later on, since im stopping by today with my girlfriend for breakfast. Let me share my favorite item, SWEET TEA, OMG, chick-fil-a take note, Vinnys’ sweat tea put all other to shame. Service you would ask, come here and experience only the most friendly welcoming ambiance not just from their owners, Vero, and their staff, it seems the unwritten rule is that you please do not come here unless you are a nice human being, everyone, for the most part locals, are the nicest patrons there is. I do truly enjoy this restaurant and their theme, coziness, friendliness, it’s a gem a secret spot, a whole in the wall in such an inconspicuous location, easily overlooked. Thank God, I hope they stay in business forever, and that they throve even more. No, not a bot, not a paid review, just long overdue, and I love “My Juan” owners. Thanks for always being so accommodating...
Read moreThis little dinner is definitely off the beaten path. Found them on places close by. Came here expecting BBQ food, however they are not a BBQ restaurant.
The dinner looks unchanged from the years. The decor is great, the hanging lights over the tapes were light bulbs in mason jars. It was pretty awesome. The owner was very friendly and took our order. She later talked with us about the great 2025 Eggdemic and how it was hurting business.
We ordered some breakfast, I got a skillet. The good was cooked great, no issues with flavors. Good mix and very filling breakfast. Definitely get your...
