Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I had to go to work super early, so afterwork I came into the store. I was exhausted 5:30 a.m. is way too early for this night owl, so I see an awesome employee at the soda machine and ask where they are hiding the ooey gooey cakes. We search the store; nothing. Awesome employee says"I know that they are here and we will find them." AE asks a silver fox behind the coffee counter where they are, he walks me over to them and I am tired, so I am a little whiny and I was like "oh you don't have the chocolate ones." SF walks me down the isle and shows me all of the chocolate snacks. I was feeling extra with my neediness and he helped me pick out the best one. He made the difference in my day and put a smile on my face. If I rated myself as a customer today it is a negative star, but it is good to know that good teams are the difference between people who give you money for a product and loyal customers. The truth is you're better off going to the one off of narcoosie. This place is constantly dirty. Coffee bar has expired dairy products In a few different occasions that I've attended. The employees are not well informed to the extent that they are brand or product knowledgeable. When you order food here they don't care for it and do not ensure a quality experience. I have had days where I have literally stood in front of the person asking for help and they have either actively ignored me, deliberately left myself and others waiting or worse. This Wawa at this location in this part of town gives the entire city a horrible reputation. Considering they are literally down the street of an area known for innovation it's a real shame that they bring such a blotch to the reputation of the area. This is like the worst Wawa to ever order food from. I live right down the road like 7min and I must say since the day they built it these people can’t keep it together. I always have an issue when I come here. Now I gotta drive 25min away if I need to get anything from them. Today I place an order for chicken noodle soup and after waiting almost a half hour they decide to call my number and tell me that they don’t have chicken noodle soup if I would like Mac n cheese.
