Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

When foods are Luke warm, then thrown into the bags as if it doesn't matter, and isn't even right to begin with! Then you gotta go inside to explain slowly, and nicely to what's wrong with the orders or otherwise it can get emotionally personal for some reasons. I just wanted my money back cause I'm now running late, but then the manager's responses is, when did I buy these cause they're cold? I giggled and once again asked for my money back because I'm now really late for an appointment. It took about 45 minutes from the time I had ordered before finally getting my money back. To me that's not convenient or worthy of my time.

I come from a long line of old school generations of hard work, proper , understanding my responsibilites in a real work settings 💪 of following guidelines of any companies we have performed Labor for. The selfrespect is earned and not given lightly unless a person earn or shows willingness to grow, learn, by being a team member.

Nowdays, services and the qualities of all fastfood products has really gone down the drains these past few years since the COVID craze has emerge and slowly died down. Since than it's all about, who cares, I don't own the place, they don't pay enough, and all rules don't legally apply to them in their own fearless senses. Employees Work ethics has been long gone shot out the windows, even their newly hired managements are underpaid, just barely out of highschool with no backbone skills to show for, and let alone these companies surely must be loosing millions of dollars in revenues all the way around.

Before long, a lot of these competitions between most fast food restaurants are fading away very quickly and sadly due to these repeated badly tactic behaviors. Some times I do wonder who's running the corporate offices from within. 😮 Cause someone is really missing their marks or their...

Worst experience I’ve ever had here, deserving a 0 star. Update with pictures. Young kids this time, still very poor attitudes, and the food was very disappointing. Drive thru, again, on april/10 there is water in my fries..? Never had that happen under my fries or on top of them. I’m not eating any of this. Idk what that liquid is, it’s not the normal steam, plus they weren’t hot enough to really produce any steam when I get them. This salad.. what is that liquid?!? The chicken does NOT look fully cooked. I was actually pulled forward for them to cook the chicken. I really don’t know why I gave this place another chance. Has to be the hiring team..

I went through drive thru right before 10pm on 12/6. I ordered my usuals with a sweet tea that I tasted in the drive thru, after receiving unsweetened tea last time and didn’t turn around, the cashier with colored hair purposely watered my tea down, I only know because she told another associate and laughed about it. When I received the watered down tea it looked like apple juice, and it tasted like old water. I only tasted to give the benefit of the doubt. I also have this gut feeling they served me fries that fell on the floor, they had dirt and hair on them. Could just be from a dirty kitchen staff or they’re floor fries. The cashier had the worst attitude imaginable, after asking for a straw for the apple juice looking drink, she never smiled only to her friends at work, and she kept my card for a really long time too. Tried to grab a quick meal at this place last night around 5pm. Green Cove Springs. First your lobby wasn't open but the hand written notebook paper sign was impossible to see. Then I get in the drive thru line behind a guy trying to order a baked potato instead of fries with his spicy chicken combo. Taking forever and the girl on the speaker is telling him they can't do that. He gets agitated, manager comes on and tells him we can do that. Then asks him what his drink is. Tells him the soda is broken and offers tea or lemonade. Guy asks for a Sprite and manager explains no Co2. Guy orders tea and .50 charge shows up. Guy gets agitated. Manager tells him it'll come off at the window.

I finally pull up. Girl is back. She tells me to take a minute to look at the menu despite me being ready. Comes back 3-4 minutes later. Says she can't hear me so I scream my #7 home style chicken combo order at her. Asks if I want a tea or lemonade when I ask about Coke. I tell her I guess a strawberry lemonade. .50 charge pops up. I ask why I'm being charged for a drink she offered and they don't have soda. She says that's right, no soda. No offer to remove the charge. Nothing. I tell her to forget it and leave hungry and...
