The manager Jack is very rude and had horrible customer service. The night before they had made a mistake on a topping for a stromboli I ordered. I called them back immediately and they had just closed. I was very polite when i called in the next day and had the displeasure of speaking with manager who I believe was Jack. Jack said that he would not be willing to replace my order because I had had some of the stromboli the night before?! Saying that he would only credit my accont $5 and then went on to say, "well if you ate some last night then it couldnt have been that bad huh?" When he said that, that was when I was completely shocked and told him thats bad customer service. And then he tried arguing with saying that its not? Who treats a loyal customer like that? Even if i was wrong, but it is completely their fault. I would of expected a lot more from this company being that I ordered what I wanted and paid $25 for my order. I proved that to the police and showed them the receipt and my email. All the info I put in was correct I paid online never do that again. Read moreWe waited until half hour after the pizza was to be delivered and then called to check on it. They said, it was on the way. When the delivery person came he only brought two out of three. We then called them back and asked were told they could make us a new one or refit the one they didn’t bring. Yes, naturally you credit the one we didn’t get. The owner was horribly rude when we asked if they could bring us the pizza we still didn’t get and offer us a credit for the confusion (and additional 45 minute wait for them to bring back a pizza). He asked if she ever managed a pizza place during Corona.... ( coincidentally the answer is yes, my niece currently manages a very busy pizza restaurant and would never be so rude to a customer).
