I was very upset. I placed a door dash order to and had to end up picking the order up myself. Once I got to the store I was told the order had been picked up. I showed them my phone so they could see that it said my order hadn’t been picked up. Manager looked in the back for order she said it’s not done. While standing there in the lobby with 8 other folks waiting and others still walking in, a door dash person walks in asking for my order. Cashier said that’s her right there pointing to me. I’m confused because they just told me my order was picked up. No apology. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. They were out of an item that I order so she said we do have this cheese bread ready, it just have beacon pieces in it. I said that’s fine cuz I’ve waited long enough. I asked was I going to get reimbursed since I got charged delivery and had to pick up. She refunded the whole order but didn’t give me my ticket to show that she did. It’s been almost a month and I never got reimbursed. I asked can you give me some type of proof that you refunded me. She said I don’t know what I just did with refund ticket and I can’t print another one. So she signs the bottom of my receipt and puts initials and wrote refund. Her name was Daja! They just need to shut this Pizza Hut down. They slow, not professional and it’s always a very long wait time! This is the closet Pizza Hut to me but I will not go back to the Patterson store. Read moreI have visited this Pizza Hut location at least three times in the last 45 days. All of the orders placed have been online orders. I placed orders with pan crust and paid additional and each order the employees have attempted to give me my order with hand tossed crust. The manager Hector Gonzalez provided me with a 50% discount the first time this happened 8/10/23. The second 8/25/23 he only provided me with the difference not considering the inconvenience this may have caused. The third and final straw was 9/2/23 where I conveniently walked in the Pizza Hut location after calling in advance about pan crust asked if they had pan crust. I was told by Hector and his team they had medium pan and to order online for the better deals. I walked outside to my car placed my order online and when I received my order once again, I was handed my order without informing me my order was made with hand crust. This does not include the countless times this year they have forgotten to give me parts of my order. I then requested a full refuse as Hector informed one of his employees to provide me only with difference. Again, not considering the huge inconvenience of my driving there after calling initially. Read moreI placed an order through the app for delivery that was to be delivered by 3:11. At 3:30, with no notice of it being out for delivery, I called again. The lady who answered the phones said DoorDash had picked it up and I need to call them about it. I pointed out that they picked it up 15 minutes after it should be delivered. She said it was their problem. So o waited. Pizza showed up at 353, and I called the manager to request a refund or credit. The manager (Zechaiah) said she couldn’t do anything because it was a DoorDash issue. I’m sorry but if I ordered through Pizza Hut, paid Pizza Hut a delivery fee (plus tipped the driver), it actually IS their problem. She was extremely hateful and rude the entire time and refused to do anything about it. Said that I received the pizza and that was all that was expected from them. She even went so far as to saying me politely calling to ask about my undelivered pizza was upsetting her employees and makes them want to walk out. I told her that she was being hostile to which she replied because you don’t understand. That is completely unacceptable.
