So…. 3 days before Christmas in 2023, I came out with my aunt and uncle to see bub sparks and unfortunately his dj didn’t show up and was unable to play. When me and my family went outside because we heard he was still there we wanted to at least show him support from fans. I didn’t realize that when we walked outside, he was right in front of us and he said, “im right here.” I lhk that I had been listening to him when he was underground. That man gave me the biggest hug. Well some things escalated and things were said that my aunt was fighting with him but wasn’t they were just talking loud. Well manager came out and got in between them and all hell broke lose. Well I was able to be the kind of person I am and break everything up. I got the manager calm and had my uncle and aunt go to the house and I stayed behind. Well when I got the manager calm he went back inside and I went to my car. I close the driver door and all I heard was glass falling. I look back and low and behold someone busted my back windshield out and I was frantic. I went back inside got the manager and him and the dj of branch house come out to my car and seen the damage and the manager immediately called the cops. At the end of everything, the manager said he would pay for the damage because I shouldn’t have had to go through something like that. Also, we couldn’t catch who did it because apparently the cameras were out of order (go figure) here it is 02/17/24 and yet have seen the money for having to spend $315 for a new back window when I didn’t deserve any of that. I didn’t want to have to leave a review like this but Ali, you left me no choice when I have called you and you straight lied to my face and on the phone and even text you a month ago asking if you were still gonna be able to help pay for the damage that was done to my car at branch house and no response. The point is don’t sit here and not only tell someone you’re the owner of the bar and that you would give me back the money because I didn’t deserve that when you knew you were just lying through your teeth and even said that you only got back $1500 of the $3000 or whatever you paid for him preforming that night when everyone knows that wasn’t just “your money” that was also people who spent over $100 to see him. If you were sincere you would have gotten in touch with me the weekend right after Christmas when you said to give you a couple of days and would call me and that you promised and swore you weren’t gonna let me down. Well Ali, you did my guy and I WILL NEVER spend my money in that bar EVER again. You have absolutely no idea how bad that night hurt me and messed up all my bills that I couldn’t afford to fix it that my dad gave me the money for it. Ali, you should have not lied to me because now I’m gonna let everyone know because you’re not to be trusted. EVERYONE, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS BAR BECAUSE THEY ARENT WORTH IT. ALL I SEE IS BRANCH HOUSE OWNERSHIP OR MANAGEMENT WHATEVER IS LIARS!!!!! If you knew exactly how bad I really need the money back that my dad put in that he didn’t have to, and were actually as nice as you seemed face to face, you wouldn’t get bashed on google. People like you are untrustworthy are not even worth a breath of air and karma I promise will bite you so hard in your a$$ that you’re gonna regret lying to someone that did nothing but spend money and make you money. You seen how damn distraught I was and you took advantage of that so I would leave and act as if it never happened. News flash I don’t forget things like this and I will never forget or forgive. I hope you’re happy with your life...
Read moreHope you're not looking for hospitality--arrived around 10pm and sat at an open table off to the side. After being their 10-15 mins a server took my drink order and presented me with a menu (this was the 1st and last friendly face I encountered). While waiting on my order another guest approached me, told me she and her date were on a 1st date and asked if there was any way they could have my table--I figured why not and gladly gave it to them. I found the server and let her know I was going to be sitting at the corner of the bar--she happily said, no problem. The seat I took was empty (as was the seat beside it) since I walked in the door. By this time the DJ was about 5 or 6 songs in since I had been there. There were; however, two glasses (which were empty, yet not removed) near the seat I had taken. A couple of songs later, the dance floor cleared and one of the bartenders approached me and said, "someone is sitting in those seats". I asked where they were, she stated "I think they are on the dance floor". Funny thing was there were about 8 people who HAD BEEN on the dance floor and none were making their way to the bar...seems they all had seats on the floor. That all being said, the bartender never suggested another seating option...she just simply didn't want me sitting at her bar. No Problem...I won't be sitting at her bar EVER again...nor in any other seat in that restaurant for that matter. She let me know exactly how important my money was to the restaurant--not important at all. Sad thing is that the server who initially approached me was great--hopefully another restaurant nearby will be the beneficiary of...
Read moreBeyond insulting and truly truly an embarrassment to the food service industry . ...When my boyfriend and I walked in I asked the woman at the hostess station, which turned out to be the MANAGER, if the kitchen was open, she said yes and sat us down. The waitress took our drink order, brought us the drinks, and then we ordered food. At 10:06 we were told the kitchen closed at TEN (our order was in a few minutes before that), and were told before we even sat down it was open. The Manager then comes over and tells a story of how she got the days mixed up, then the waitress comes over and says the exact opposite of the manager’s story? Hm. Mind you... I tested them to see if they would charge us for the soda and beer.. just to see if they would.. annnnnnd they did. The waitress apologized, but then again as someone that has been in food service for 7 years, I, AS THE WAITRESS/MANAGER, WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MY $7 TAB. I told them upfront no worries, but then having to drive home and order dominos is when I reaaaaally decided to never give y’all a dime ever again. How could you seat a table, place an order, serve the drinks, AND then tell us the kitchen is closed? As a manager of a restaurant I’ve MADE my team complete orders in situations like this because IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Also, the last 3 times I was here they are literally serving BELIGERENT people alcohol. Today a girl who could barely look straight/stand was screaming “F*%CK YOU” in the restaurant. OH, but the manager apologized for her behavior (like she did another time before) and gave us a “free appetizer for our next visit!😊”...
