Drive through to go, ordered the 4 piece steak finger, I'm asked what to drink, OK so I order the slush, not sure what it's called, I pull up to pay, total right at 10 Dollars, I ask why is my order 10 dollars for a 4 piece dinner, she looks at me like I've made a mistake, she says I had to charge you separately for the slush, I say so a drink does not come with the dinner, yes but I have to charge you separately, OK is it an up charge for the slush, no but I have to do it separately..

They apparently "can't hear you" at the drive through, then don't bother to listen when you order at the window. Ordered a dipped cone and regular cone. Attendant brought the regular cone then walked away, I assumed to make the dipped cone. Nope, she came back to the window like she'd never seen me before. I ordered my food ahead was told it would be 10-15 minutes, I got there within 10 minutes and waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the window!! I asked for my fries to be made fresh since I had to wait 20 minutes past the time frame I was given, the girl at the window assured me it would be done! I get home only to find my fries are COLD and not even full!! Don’t bother calling management to complain because it does no good and management doesn’t care one bit!! Staff is not friendly, food is overpriced for what you get, and nothing is ever made the same way....
