Former Manager of Papa John's complaint!!!!!

Ask to have a large upgraded to a XL pizza All meats and half mushroom pizza.... Whoever made the pizza and took my order decided to put all meats as well as all mushroom.smh! I expressed this to the manager letting her know as I return to my job, I cannot eat mushrooms if she can just make me a small personal pepperoni and I'll be completely satisfied due to the limited time that I had for lunch. Since my workers are hungry and at the moment already eating. She refused to make the pizza since it was already partially eaten knowing well that I literally just picked it up within 15 minutes I had to call her back., Manager Rose that she claimed her name was could not satisfy me knowing well 100% that her store messed up my order as something as a all meats half mushroom. I have called corporate and made a customer complaint and I will keep checking up on this complaint as it was filed by customer service... Why can't they just hire ppl with brains. Even as a took the pizza," all meats half mushroom", the girl said yes.... confirmed. Waste of time... My store was never ran...

Order the chesseburger papadilla tonight pepperoni epic stuff crust and the cheesy bread. The cheeseburger papadilla was not what I expected nor was the cheesy bread. The epic stuff crust was BOMB AS HELL! For the price it was great. I wont order the cheeseburger and cheesy bread again though. Just not my thing. I wont give this store 1 star because of my choice. Good job guys! Update. Tonight 5/17/25 I wanted pizza thought about the shaqaroni but the looked to the epic stuffed crust. After making my decision 2 large pizzas for $45.65 is just way too expensive. After the advertisement of 13.99 for each large that 28 then taxes should be about 32 so $13 for stuffed crust and 1 canadian bacon and pineapple and 1 sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. as Shaq would...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have stopped ordering from Papa John's because of this location for a long time, but I thought I would give them another try......super regretful that I did. I ordered a NYC pizza with pepperoni, it came with cheese only. I also ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with light cheese. There was literally three slices of pizza with no cheese at all and the rest was smothered in cheese to the point that you couldn't even see the toppings. There were also huge slices of uncooked onions all over the pizza, as if they forgot to chopped them up and after they wakes the pizza they just decided to throw some tough thick onion slices on top. Ridiculous! This was the very last time I will ever have...
