5 Star Pizza And Wings — Restaurant in Fontana

Would give zero stars if allowed. I ordered 2 Large 2 topping pizzas through slicelife everything went fine until 1 minute later I received a call from the pizza place telling me they didn't have 2 of the 3 toppings for the pizza. I simply said that was fine and expressed my wish to cancel my order. He ignored my statement and continued to inform me of the lack of ingredients. I stated again okay just cancel my order. He continued to ignore me and asked if I would like to pay extra to have it delivered to me instead. I declined because why would I want to pay more for something I don't want. At this point I was getting more frustrating along with being put on hold every 2 mins. This man finally came back and had the AUDACITY to ask me why I couldn't pay the extra 3 dollars to have it delivered to me. This place...

Worst experience. Unprofessional. First they call me to say they ran out of sandwiches but I can replace for a pizza at full price. I think a discount was in order but whatever willing to pay. After about 20 mins , they call back saying where I live is TOO far but at 10 bucks for delivery they can bring it to me . Because the driver isn't willing to go far ... I'm sorry since when is 0.7 miles too far? That's literally 10 mins . Will not support this business...

We ordered online. We given a pick up time of 5:25. It is 5:45 and we are standing in front of the restaurant STILL WAITING! They didn’t even start to MAKE OUR FOOD until we got here. When we arrived they said oh just 5 more mins. That was over 15 mins ago! So our pizza has been done now for 20 mins sitting getting cold while they make our other food.
