I ordered a Chilaquiles Verde with over medium eggs and two Bottles of Coke and it cost $25.
The Chilaquiles were missing the crucial characteristics of a Chilaquiles which are: crispy tortillas, over medium (runny) eggs, queso fresco, and a delicious sauce on top.
The tortillas were soggy, the eggs were well done (hard yolk), no queso fresco, no verde sauce. I added salsa to my chilaquiles and that was bad because the salsa’s were very sour.
The rice had a nice color but lacked flavor. The beans were dry and lacked flavor.
In my opinion the chef/cook is missing the passion for flavor and serving well executed dishes.

The prices are moderate but the quality and service was priceless. I strongly recommend everyone to support this business. I was glad to see how busy they were getting. God bless...

La Chiquita food and team were...
