I did order 3 pizza pies, calazone, fries, boneless chicken with sauce on it, antipasto, garlic bread and mozzerella sticks. We threw out the stuffed crust pizza because it was raw in some areas and cooked other places. The garlic knot pizza that has pepperoni didn't have garlic flavor at all. The other garlic knot pizza my brother did love that one. The chicken didn't come with sauce on it as they make sure you choose if you do or not before submitting the order and yet it came with sauce in the side and as you can see in the picture we didn't even get half the sauce. The fries just look at the picture they are scary looking and they were soggy. They told us its because they are fresh fries and in a box packaging. We did throw them in the air fryer but they were not good. The antipasto came with no cheese. The calazone did not come with marinara as requested. The mozzerella sticks had no marinara. They forgot to give us the garlic bread. Yes I did call and complain and they said they will give us the money back for the garlic bread. Also I did order this at 2:50pm latest 3pm. I got an email confirming the order will be delivered at 4:15pm and when it didn't come they said there is something wrong with the computer and it won't be arriving till 6:30pm. I told them if I come in can I get it sooner they said yes come in at 5:30pm. Went in and they told us that it will be another 10minutes and yet no we had to wait another 30minutes. No I won't be back and just upset because it's not like it was cheap it was over $100 and of course I ordered alot but come on forgetting things and half finishing orders...

Janine, the owner, called me after seeing my review. She was kind, considerate, and understanding. She made everything right. The call from her meant a lot to me. I appreciated her sincerity, and we will be back. Thank you, Janine.
We have ordered pizza a couple of times in the past and we were satisfied with the food. Today we ordered a meatball hoagie, fries, and a chef salad. The fries were great, but the hoagie and salad were not. An employee walked into the front door with our salad. We found that to be odd, but we said nothing. We got home a half hour later and we had no salad dressing. We ordered double-dressing, so I am sure we were charged for it. The salad wasn't bad, but there was hardly any meat or cheese on it. Now for the best part, the meatball hoagie. The sauce was horrific. It was as sweet as sugar itself. No hyperbole here. We could not eat it. Also, the bread was hard from Being toasted too long. I called and voiced my complaints, and I asked why the sweet sauce. She said they were out of the regular marinara sauce. Why wouldn't you let people know this in advance? How can an Italian restaurant run out of marinara sauce??? The lady said she would make us a new one. How? You are out of the sauce also, we are 30 minutes away. She said that she would offer a 15% discount the next time we come back. Really, 15%??? We will...
Read moreLet me say I'm not one to complain about food but it's 100% warranted. First off I ordered a large pizza with sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers, my pizza has sweet peppers on it not green peppers. I'm not a fan of sweet peppers but I'm not one to complain and sometimes people make simple mistakes so I eat it anyways. I also get a family size meat lovers stromboli which has mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, salami, capicola and ham and I ordered it with mushrooms and onions. So I received a stromboli with mozzarella, mushrooms and onions not a lick of meat anywhere to be found. In all my years I've never seen a place so incompetent, for christ sake it's called a meat lovers stromboli, how you could mess something up so badly is beyond me. But I sure as hell was charged and paid for the meat lovers stromboli and extra for the added mushrooms and onions. You definitely have no business being in the food business, needless to say I'll never purchase anything from this...
