Chanticlear Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Lake

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant. We ordered 2 calzones, an order of wings, order of pasta, a dessert pizza, 3pc cheesy bread and 2 bottles (2 liter) of soda. This was an $80 order. Obviously, a wait is fine and expected though it wasn't an insane amount of food. The Calzones were very small. One was decent sized and cooked nicely but had olives in it which was asked to be taken out. The other was very small and burnt. It was curled up and the tips were black. Not good for $9. This one measured about 7" across and 4" wide, maybe 2" high in the higher areas. Not what we were expecting. The wings were done well. The pasta was a good portion. The cheesy bread was burnt black in areas and rubbery due to being burnt. Not appetizing. It arrived in good time but the quality was severly lacking. Seemed to be an issue with the cooks over-baking half of the order. We were very excited to try this location but will probably just stick with Dominos for half the price. Thanks anyway.

Horrible pizza and horrible service. Ordered two pizzas online with three ingredients each. Pizzas arrived with only half of each pizza covered in toppings! Pepperoni, peppers and onion was cooked ok but the crust was burnt black in most spots and was VERY salty. Second pizza was a chicken and bacon pizza with the Alfredo garlic sauce. The dough was completely raw on the bottom and the cheese had melted off the pizza all over the box. The bacon was in a huge glob along the edge and this pizza was so salty we couldn’t eat it! Called the manager and he argued that I ordered it half and half despite my online receipt clearly saying otherwise. We threw 3/4 of a pizza away due to being inedible because of salt. Complete waste of $35!!! I have no idea how this place is reviewed so...

I love Chaniclear restaurants except this one. Called at 4:34 and placed my order. Arrived at 5 outside, called in and was told my order wasn't there. Was questioned if I called the right location. Said I would show them my phone to verify. After several mins of going back and forth with no resolution by him I told him to find the person that placed my order.

Was told to wait while he tried to find the person on an open line where I heard everything in the background for 10 mins until I hung up and called back.

Another employee answered and I restated what I did before. He said what would you like to do? You as the employee should figure out what happened, provide a response, and resolve it. I have worked in customer service this is not acceptable. I told them to forget...
