When you have a bad experience entering into the establishment that mean everything else deserves a one-star. When I first walked into this place there are three employees standing around preparing food no one greeted me coming in the door when I was the only customer in the restaurant. On top of that I stood there at least a minute or two before someone came to take my order and that person didn't even say hello. This is very poor work ethic coming from customer service. I told the young man that was taking my order what happened and he just looked I said well would you suggest a pizza for me what you think I should get he told me the Memphis barbecue Pizza okay I ordered that I also ordered a drink and then I asked after I paid can I have a receipt. He then told me that the receipt comes out with your order.. I'm just trying to make it common sense how they going to remember that it's my order if I don't have proof to show them what I paid for. So we're going to see how this goes. But I'm standing there watching the receipts pull out of the receipt printer and I still did not receive one. What I want to do is have a stranger going there and tell them they name is Sandra and get my order to see if they going to give it to them this is horrible. I used to love going to Domino's when I was out at the one in Dallas but now I'm not going to ever return back here again Domino's don't have to worry about getting my business no more. This was very unprofessional I don't care if it is a restaurant they should be the main ones they treat their customer with the utmost hospitality throughout all industries in...
Read moreThere is always something wrong with this Domino's and this last visit was the icing on the cake to never return! In the past we had an instance where the pizza was so greasy that when i sent a photo to corporate they delivered (about an hour later) all new pizza without us even knowing, we thought that was a cool gesture for a mistake. The time before last though the driver "did not have change" for our $30, meaning his tip was over $6.00. Did he really have change and was just trying to get a bigger tip, or was he ill prepared and didn't have change, either way that's an annoyance for me. This last time the driver "forgot our credit card receipt" so he had us sign a blank piece of paper. We were so "stunned" / "taken by surprise" that we just signed our name and nothing else, i.e. did not leave a tip. After he left, I thought about it and called this location and spoke to the manager on duty to advise we didn't leave any tip (we had originally planned on swinging by and leaving a cash tip the following work day...since we drive by it often). However, when the charge went through it should the driver wrote in his own tip!!! Umm hello...that's fraud and theft. He might as well swiped my debit card at a bank and took out cash. When I filed a complaint with corporate, the franchise owner called and although he refunded the tip and some of the money we spent on the pizza ($10.00), he was very rude about it and acted as if WE did something wrong or like he didn't believe us. Not a way to treat a customer in my opinion. So we definitely won't...
Read morePlaced order online then notice that 90 plus minutes for delivery I called 18 times until they answer the phone while I was driving from dallas to forney. I was serious 7 mins away when they finally answer the phone and told me that my order was barely going in to the oven. By this time it was already 45-50 min since I place the order. When I get there the parking lot is empty, I look inside the store and they have like 7 people, 3 of them just standing there. I call from the parking lot to see if they would answer and they just standing there. That’s horrible costumer service. I get inside and I’m guessing the manager was the only one that said hi to me. A heavy set girl walks to the counter to take care of me with the most unpleasant face expressions I have ever seen. No “please or thank you.” On her vocabulary. Like I was a area coach for Pizza Hut I know how costumer service should’ve been. They didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience, no credit or anything. Not even an apology.
On top of that…. The pizza was made with old dough and my 5 year old niece can do a better job at cutting it. Completely uneven and not even cut...
