Mimmo's Pizza & Catering Co — Restaurant in Forreston Township

We love Mimmo's 💗 We live "out in the boondocks" and the teeny tiny village of Forreston is our closest town. When your closest town is a speck on the map it can be frustrating on the nights you don't feel like cooking because there usually aren't good options for eating out...but Mimmo's saves the day!!! All the time LOL. Their food is great!!! Their pizzas are outstanding, every time. And so are their pastas. And the other nice thing is that they are always consistent, you just know when you go there you are going to get food as good as the last time. It's a super casual atmosphere and sometimes we just love to go get a pizza, sit in their bar area and watch the Cubs. Long live Mimmo's...don't know what we would...

Good Daily Specials! Nice variety on menu to choose from. Highly recommend the battered mushrooms. Dipping sauce was boring ranch dressing, could use horseradish type dip. Pizza was really good. Friday fish tasted good. It is not all you can eat, but was enough with salad, 3 pcs fish, fries and a roll. Friendly staff, very attentive. Hometown feel in bar, but was not unwelcoming like some can be. We'll def go back again to try...

Buyer, beware! Their menu is not updated with prices on their Facebook menu, if you order for delivery, and they don’t honor their specials and we got overcharged for regular price when it was supposed to be a special nightly price.(Friday night Cod-was charged full price instead of the special price. and they are very rude and said they’re just too busy to handle it. it’s the owner himself that’s Not willing to help...
