Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Fort Carson

Went to get ice cream with the kids because it was hot out, the store was empty and the employees were just sitting around on their phones. We walked in and as we approached the counter they said that the Baskin Robin's part of the store was closed. It was noon, we drove back to the house and my wife decided to call and ask for the hours and the lady on the phone said they where open till 5pm. Other reviews that I read or hear about at this particular location are mostly complaints about the employees picking and choosing when they are open. Uhh...So the ice cream is hands-down wonderful! I thoroughly enjoy the (limited) flavors they have there, and that necessarily is not the problem. The core problem I have is every time I go there, it seems as if the employees have no idea what is going on. It takes forever for lines to go down, and simple requests such as "do you have banana" or "can you put chocolate on the bottom" urges them to stare upward for a prolonged amount of time as if they have to "process the request" lol.
