My friend and I were criticized by our server for wanting to order kids meals. It has never been an issue before and we will happily pay extra money to get a kids meal as an adult. But we were told that we were not allowed to get kids meals as adults. When I looked it up, multiple sources said I am allowed. I have never had this problem with any other server. I was starting to believe that less service for young customers was a lie. But now that I’ve experienced it first hand I am disgusted.

Excellent waitstaff handled our large group well, including a visit from the manager. Super big screens to catch your game of choice. My bacon cheeseburger was top notch!!

So to start, the waiter I got was cool but hearing, and I quote, “I don’t know how to read this” when it comes to an ID is concerning, especially since the restaurant sells alcohol. Regardless I’m willing to cut the waiter some slack especially after how well he manages his position, well to me anyway. The waiter gets the manager (which is good) and the manager looks at it and then asks for my DOB (date of birth), this is the first time I’ve ever been asked for it in regards to my ID. However I wasn’t bothered, I managed to say it, stuttering, but I say it. Given I’m not a socially active person and I used to work with people I knew well, and thankfully I don’t have to work anymore, I mainly talk with people who are my closest, like family or friends. The manager, OUT LOUD, says “Oh so this IDs a fake?” And I get hit with a glare, for obvious reasons I’m shocked, I’m not only embarrassed given it’s a public setting and I don’t want to appear as one of those people in front of the general public, but upset that I get disrespected because, and I’m only assuming it’s for this reason, I stuttered saying my DOB. I have been to distillery’s and many other restaurants where I have drank. My response is “But it’s not a fake” and clearly the manager doesn’t care and just gives me my ID back. To which I’m restricted to water, if I wasn’t in a party of two others I would’ve just walked out the door. Surely it couldn’t have been hard to say, “I’m sorry, but I can’t verify your ID so just drink something else”. I’m paying for food, drink, and service, not to be accused of something and be disrespected. However we stay because I’m with this party, and the waiter apologizes profusely, saying that the owner could suffer the cost of $10k if they served a minor alcohol, now that was nearly word for word, but I won’t quote it given I feel as if I could be missing a word or two. Though I do feel like if the owner wishes to not suffer something like that, then, simply put, DO. NOT. SELL. ALCOHOL. Especially when you have worker(s) who can’t properly read an ID, but that’s just my opinion on the matter, especially when it could create less problems like my situation apparently created. Back to my experience, the waiter was very nice, took me asking for food to actually start getting food, but I won’t hold that against the restaurant or the waiter, sometimes there are human error in these things, like he forgot and already needed to manage other tables. I told him what we wanted, he got me a water and the rest their drinks. We ate our appetizer and I have to say, it tasted like something straight out of the freezer. It tasted like something I used to eat as a kid when I would just put stuff in the microwave while my family did their business, which was nostalgic for me I have to say. The burger I got wasn’t much of an upgrade either, the only thing that made it good was the ketchup, maybe I’ve grown picky or something, but it just wasn’t good without ketchup acting as a sweetener to make it bearable. The waiter brought me a refill without me asking which was very, very kind. I honestly believe that was the highlight of my time there, besides my foot stepping outside whenever we left of course. After we ate, we left. And I tipped the waiter heavily, for the kindness shown, because I have the money to and mainly because I knew I’d never come back.

I hope everyone else has a better time than me, because I don’t think I would go back there willingly. The disrespect, the lack of quality food, your best bet is to choose somewhere else. I hope the place gets better and maybe others will get to enjoy it, because I most certainly had my first terrible restaurant experience here. Hope everyone has a good...

I have nothing nice to say about the Owner and the way he treats his customers.. Tonight after a half hour wait to be seated and we order another half hour goes by and the waitress had at one point said our food would be out in two minutes. Well it was another 10 minutes after that..We get our food and it was all cold..I was polite when the waitress asked if everything was alright and I said it was cold..she said she would have the owner come to my table ..So he comes to our table and has the nerve to tell me that my food is not cold and so I offer him to take a bite because I did not appreciate being in so many words called a liar. I was still calm at this point..BUT he on the other hand starts yelling at me to leave that if I did not the police would be called...he then gets more verbally aggressive and threatens to put his hands on me and manually remove me!!!! The place is busy and people were staring ..I have never in my life been so humilated and embarrassed!! He yelled at me from my table all the way to the door..over COLD POTATOES!! I was not in any way rude..loud..obnoxious..creating a scene..NONE of that. I will be informing everywhere and anywhere to put this out to the public and wherever else I need ..I REFUSE to be treated like dirt and disrespected by any other human being I do not care how much money this business has..it makes you no better than any other living human being nor the right to treat people in such a very unprofessional manner!!!! If it was your Mother..Sister..Grandma..and they were treated like I was.. what would you think of that...or do you treat your Mother with disrespect. Because by all means NO MAN should ever treat a woman in such fashion on top of it all.. You should feel ashamed of yourself, Paul!!! One day you may wake up and your life could change in the blink of an eye! Show some compassion and respect . Without your customers..you wouldn't be walking around like your somebody you're NOT..also without your DAD..Grow up..you seriously owe me an apology and make your wrong right . If your man enough to own...

Usually the sports page is very good but not this time. On Saturday evening I ordered take out and it was awful. I ordered the mix up appetizers. They were mostly all overdone. The chicken strips were dry and hard the onion rings were hardly there, 3 little tiny ones about the size of a nickel, the cheese balls were cooked so long the cheese was all melted away and they were like empty shells. It was the worst dinner I ever had.. so then I noticed that they were closed shortly after I got my order. So I'm thinking that they were getting ready to close and didn't want to cook new food for me so they gathered up some old, already cooked stuff and that's what I got. That's what it looked like. It was around 7:30 and I didn't think they would close that early on a Saturday night. So I don't recommend it and I'm not going to order...
