My wife wanted to go to Village Inn, Fort Dodge, IA for Mother's Day dinner. My family & I showed up around 5 pm & was seated. Our drink order was taken about 20 minutes later and we were told our waiter, Lance, would be over in a couple minutes to get our order. 30 minutes later, Lance showed up, smelling of alcohol, to take our order. I guess we'll see how the food is after I made her turn the lights back on.. lol let me state it was someone from the kitchen calling the shots on the parking lot lights, not the server. Plus it's not safe for customers. Ok, the food...
