I was told by the employee themselves, that if I was inquiring about a cake that I would have to fill out the form online and If I did not get a respond in a week to call or come into the shop. Well I did fill the form out as soon as I left her shop and it has been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on a response. After a week of waiting I went in which the owner was there and refused to come out from the back and introduce herself to a new customer or even apologize that she did not respond yet to my email or call, and the same employee who I spoke to the first time, told me I should be receiving a phone call or response to my email by Monday! Well that was a lie, because I'm still waiting! I call and no answer. I left a message and still no call back. The sad thing is I was requesting a cake for July and trying to give her 3 months in advance and not last minute. Busy or not busy, you still have a business to run and should still keep it professional.
