I just had the worst customer service i could have possibly ever had. I went to this burger king location (palm beach blvd) yesterday afternoon 10/21 and ordered a double wopper jr value meal large but ended up receiving a chicken nugget meal medium instead. I discovered this mix up when i got all the way back to my sister's house (whom I'm visiting from Colorado for her wedding). Now i did the logical this and contacted the burger king to disclose the situation. I spoke w/ a mg that offered to fix it immediately but i wasn't up for the drive back and told her that I'd be back another time instead to which she was understanding and I'd be credited my for when that would be. So i decided to go back this morning to get just the cause i was informed my credit was good for breakfast or lunch. I proceeded to the drive thru explained the mix the day before to which i was told to park and come inside. I went inside the establishment to find a woman gm to tell me she never spoke with me, i never called the location, i didn't have a recite (a recite i was never issued), ext. As i made the attempt to explain to her that i was never issued a recite, and that i did call burger king (more then likely called the wrong one considering I'm not from around here and didn't know what street it was located but made sure to do so today so i could write this review), spoke with a mg she kept rebuttaling me and shutting me down before i could even fully explain. She was referring to me a some scammer trying to get free food while being very disrespectful and loud so much to get the attention of everyone in the restaurant including the employees. I maintained my composer and try to make a final attempt to explain only to receive the comment from the gm of "go and try your game somewhere else". I was extremely embarrassed and just decided to leave without anything left to say. I have never written a bad review on anywhere but this was just unbelievable and hope someone doesn't go through the humiliation i went through this morning only trying to receive the wrong meal i paid for credited. I strongly advise not...
Read moreThe employees try to serve the guest while the old white Mary manger nitpicking behind them screaming about every little thing they’re doing. The employee was giving me a small cup for water the manger starts screaming saying they have designated water cups. Ok understandable but you should go about it another way. Take some management classes to learn how to speak to customers. Secondly the employee gave me half fries/ half onion rings on a coupon. She said there is no option to substitute like that when using a coupon so the employee shouldn’t have given me that. I was trying to explain on the app there is such option to substitute fries for either onion rings or half/half. She was not hearing any of it. Lastly the employee gave me a ranch dipping sauce and again the manager starts screaming “did he pay 25¢? Why are you giving him one they cost money” the employee felt so disparaged she was apologizing as she reached in my bag to remove the ranch sauce and say she has to take it back because I didn’t pay 25¢. The manager needs to learn how to speak to her employees...
Read moreWell, I've never had such a thick well cooked chicken breast at any fast-food place in town! Bombarded with TV ads about this new sandwich I had to try it out.
Chicken was moist, breading could have used a little SPICY flavoring and if the bun had been warmed five stars would have been awarded.
The pickles were the right kind for the sandwich. They were the best.
The only problem with the spicy sauce was it was heated hot, but had no actual hot flavor of any pepper from jalapeno on up.
Still I was impressed with size of a REAL chicken breast - at least two inches thick! That was impressive.
So Burger King, throw out all your so called chicken sandwiches that are made of mechanically separated chicken meat that is chopped and formed into 'patties'.
Your customers have stepped up to real chicken breasts in their sandwiches. I hope BK corporate...
